Amarral 10050mAh Portable Charger Power Bank with 2.4A Output, 2A Input and iSmart Technology External Battery Pack

I've purchases two of these for friends and they both love them. One of them I tested out for about a week to make sure it passed my personal inspection. :) It did.What I love most is the incredible compact size and weight. I have 2 other 10,000mah batteries (Anker powercore+ 10050 and Jackery Fit 10200) and this device was smaller and lighter than both.CONS: I'm not a fan of the charging display. It's hard to determine the amount of charge left in the battery. A simple dot lighting system is all you need, not this ridiculous ribbon-looking light display.

This review is same as Black Johnson. This thing lasted a year of light, inconsistent use. There is something rattling around inside of it, even though it's never been dropped. Also noted that something shifted inside where the case does not align with the cable socket and the power button is sunken in.It does charge great but it's not as durable as initially thought.

Update: the seller sent a new charger. I use it daily and have had no problems.Changing the rating from 2 to 4 stars.The seller suggested that I may have received a faulty one and they 'made good' on the sale by replacing it.I've had it for a couple of months. It worked well until today.I could hear something loose rattling inside and it stopped charging my phone.It's not been dropped. It's spent all of its time in my pocket, on the sofa, or on a table. It's not been dropped or misused.

Battery was junk and didn't charge. Why 2 stars and not one? Because in the past i have ordered a lot of RavPower batteries that worked fine. Not this time. Think was a brick out of the box. Most work well, but, being mass-produced imported goods, only some of them will work. They are generally good people and aren't out to screw you, but when you sell 3 million batteries a month and 476,643 are total crap, your customer service operation gets pretty well buggered.If lucky, they'll will send you an new one. If not, just call your credit card company and request a refund.That's what i had to do this time.

UPDATE:On my original review, I was disappointed with the product. However, RAVPower customer service contacted me regarding my bad experience. They sent me another one which seems to work well. It seemed that the older one was defective. Anyway, the new unit has no issues for more than two weeks of using. I'm so happy with the product now and with the great customer service!_______________________I'm having bad experience with this portable charger. It should charge my Galaxy S5 multiple times but it does not!I'm not sure if this portable charger is really 10050mAh because it can only charge my phone for one time. Then when I try to use use it another time, it charges my phone for some minutes then stops! This charger either doesn't hold the power (only for couple of hours) or the capacity isn't as advertised.

It was a nice & neat design and worked well; however after about 3 months of use, the USB connector has fell off internally into its casing. The product probably still works, but no USB port to plug into. The funny thing is, I kept this battery pack in my briefcase just in case I need some power during my hour long commute to and from work. It still looks great. I'll add some pictures later on.Update: Seller has contacted me and offered to replace the product. Let's see if the replacement will work normally; haven't received the replacement yet.

love this charger. most of the smaller portable chargers never gave my iphone plus a full charge or would take forever and only give about 20% battery but this one is able to give my phone almost two full charges worth of battery life. perfect for concerts or festivals!

Great product for the price. Only problem I have with this device is that after a couple months the internal ports and the button itself got shifted inside. The button and all the ports no longer work.
