I got this for lower back and cramps. Works like a charm and has almost immediate relief. I just need to make sure I have the pads in the right place or it doesn’t give relief like I would want to. All the settings and how to operate are easy enough I didn’t need to read the manual. Just remember to have two pads attached to the wire or it won’t work.

This is BY FAR, the most powerful tens unit I have used. I normally like to test my limit, and boost the power up slowly, to see if I could withstand the intensity...Not this one, lol. This bad boy has 2 settings for each category it offers. On top of that, you can increase the power and have complete “involuntary movement”, so intense where your first thought is “pull the cord” that connects to the pads but then a pause take place where it is more subtle and manageable, it is then you decrease the power while you have control over your arm or wherever the pad is placed. If you were to wait a little longer, you’ll be welcoming that intensity that contorts your body. With all that being said, my shoulder is superb!!! I’m not saying it healed by this unit itself but definitely contributed. I even told family about it as well as lend it out to someone who is in construction and plan on purchasing one themself. The seller offers a gift, I shall not say what it is exactly but it’s worth going this route.

This unit works just like the one at my physical therapist. Feels exactly like the machine they use on me at the end of every physical therapy session. The only difference is that I get to choose different kinds of massages. I didn’t know what to expect since I always check out the good and bad reviews but I’m impressed. The pain relief I feel is amazing and I recommend this to anyone feeling pain. I have three blown discs in my back from the military and have issues with my sciatic nerve. I use it on my lower back and my husband uses it on his upper back. For the price it was well worth it!

This is a great unit! Adhesion on the pads are fantastic! No issues with that after 4 uses. Lots of different modes for your pain relief needs. Each cord holds 2 pads a piece with a total of 4 pads of relief! There's extras as well but I bought the extras for the entire family to have a set.

First of all the pros: Quick and easy to learn the controls. Well thought out interface. Simple "lock button" (so controls won't get bumped and changed while in your pocket). Small size and light weight (less than half the size of a cell phone and weighs just 2.8 ounces) means it will fit in the smallest shirt pocket without "dragging things down". Powerful! I've not had the need to crank is up to even half way. I like the pad's pin style wire connectors much better than the "snap on button" style - these fit more comfortably under a belt or tight clothing and are more secure also. The pad's sticky gel adhesive seems to last quite well. I'm sure it will vary with the user, but I'm getting a week or so, and that would likely be more if I didn't need to place the pads under my belt.The cons: Only one and it's a small detail. Maximum time selectable is 60 minutes before it turns off automatically. This seems common in these devices, though I need it on most of the day. It would be nice if it had an override or "lock on" feature. None I know of have this, and 1 hour is far better than a previous model I have that shuts off after only 15 minutes.Overall a great tens unit - highly recommend!

Of the many tens units through the years I find this to be the best. Powerful, good selection of modes and good battery life. Most of all the best customer support I’ve ever had with anything from Amazon. The unit fell of my belt to the floor and the top half of the screen stopped working. I sent an email to customer support and after a few days got a response to replace or refund. This was totally my fault but they offered a refund or replacement! I liked the unit and had already purchased another, total refund! Amazing in this day of you bought it, your problem.

I'm trying the unit for the first time and I must say the relief is almost instant. I suffer with Bilateral Neuropathy and was getting a treatment that was double the price of the unit for one session. Now I can get relief whenever I want it without the excessive expense. Dr told to purchase a similar unit from him would cost me $9,000. Save your money and buy this unit you will not regret it.

Does exactly what it says it does. Has all the standard safety features that you can put in a unit like this. The pads that came with it are sticky enough.Came with a bunch of the small square pads, as well as four(4) or maybe six(6) longer, rectangular pads. Just going off memory, sorry.Each set of pads comes in their own ziplock bag. Great sealing on the bag, helps keep the pads usable for longer.Also comes with a pad holder for when you just need to place some pads while you take a break from the unit. Very convenient. Holds two(2) rectangular pads, or four(4) small square pads.-------------Only thing I would say needs to change, is being able to simultaneously set BOTH sides to the same setting. The manual says nothing about a special button combination or general setting that allows you to change the settings for both at the same time.
