Texture of thick syrup with no discernable acacia 'flavour' that I could find.
It's difficult to describe what this 'honey' is and isn't. On opening there was absolutely zero aroma which was unexpected for an acacia honey. Upon tasting I could discern absolutely no taste other than overwhelming sweetness. The texture was exactly like sugar syrup, thick, smooth and leaving long thin 'strings' when trying to spoon or spread - just like syrup.If I were being unfair I might accuse this seller of mixing in syrup to make their acacia honey 'go' further, but I'm not. I'm just stating that it was disappointing for a relatively expensive honey. This is a shame because their cheaper wildflower comb was excellent all in all.
