Cheaper but Better Option
Pros:Price: Was $200-300 cheaper than same option available at Wayfair/Home Depot, etc. Also, for this 10x12' dimension with hard top, this is the best price.Style: Looks great! Good powder coating. Extra roof both looks awesome and clearly has better wind resistance (Had a 40 mph storm a few days ago and the gazebo hardly moved/swayed)Assembly: Did 90% by myself. Used help at the end for roof so that one pair of hands can hold it in place to do a quick fit. Took about 3 days (~ 5 hrs/day).Sturdiness: Once all pillars and support beams were installed, the gazebo was very sturdy (though light in weight).Parts: All parts were there. First thing I did on delivery day is verify presence of all parts - Highly recommend it so that you don't have to hassle the return. Came with extra screws, bolts, washers, etc. that were handy when you lose some in the garden.Instructions: Easy to follow. There was one mistake (side beams with had the connectors facing the wrong way in diagram. But it was easy to catch the mistake once you go to the next step. Took an additional half hour to disassemble and re-assemble that section.Recommendation: Have a bed sheet or exercise mat in your concrete/pavers - put material on top of it to work so that you don't scratch it. Have a light ladder, power driver, and a 10 mm wrench for faster assembly, Do not tighten all screws for each step right away - Some need to have other parts included in the next step or two (example: adding additional support beams to the side and between primary beams). So once you fit all the different sections with some slack enabling you to have the right fit, then tighten the screws. Move your gazebo pillar location to your preferred spot, before you start installing the roof structure (1/3rd into the process of assembly). Install roof with gloves or on a cool day as it easily gets hot to handleCons:Material: Powder coating can easily get scratched if put on floor - use a sheet / exercise mat.Assembly: Pet peeve, the pillar enclosures are not tightened but loosely hang to the pillar. Minor improvement needed for better feel. Insect net can have additional instructions to identify which section goes to the long/short side (took an additional 15 min as I installed it wrong at the first instance)Overall best investment for my backyard so far that'll keep me engaged to create more projects and beautify my garden

Just what a metal gazebo should be
I bought the brown Sunjoy Hardtop Gazebo 10 x 12 ft. Outdoor Gazebo from Amazon in summer 2023. A year later, I really can't find anything I don't like about it. Would definitely recommend.Let's start at the start. Amazon delivers items of this weight through a sub-contracted delivery service. This was the worst part of my experience. Took two weeks to get it three miles from the warehouse to my home. I was very upset, and Amazon was entirely unable (or unwilling) to help me. Some of the Amazon "support" staff were even combative. Depends on who you get, I suppose. When the unit finally arrived, assembly was easy. It's at least a two-man job. Instructions were acceptable. Putting it together was just a touch confusing, but it all made sense in the end. I was missing a sheet of metal from the roof. The company sent me a replacement right away. It has everything I expect from a gazebo of this type. I was able to string lights up and hang a fan from the center hook, no problem. The screen is good quality. I got after marked curtains to help block the sun. I was able to bolt it down to my concrete pad as easy as could be. No complaints!I've had it a year now. It weathered the cold winter without issue. It's been in many storms. It has been hit by all sorts of balls and toys. I don't see a spot of rust or damage on it, except for the center hook where my fan hangs is getting spotty. Otherwise, still as solid as day one. Spiders love to web up the roof vent, so bear that in mind.I've had two other gazebos in the past to compare this with - the kind with the soft tops that you need to take down for the winter - and this is far, far better. The only complaints I have are all about the initial delivery. This is a unit I am very happy with. Glad I bought it. I'm thinking about getting the matching BBQ gazebo.

Sturdy and BEAUTIFUL!
We bought this hard top Gazebo to replace our previous canvas top gazebo. We purchased it during Prime Day. We got a really great price! It took my husband and me 3 days, about 2 hours each day, to put this gazebo together. The instructions were clear and putting it together was not difficult. We confirmed that we had all of the parts before beginning assembly. The checklist in the instruction booklet was very helpful. All of the parts were included with our Gazebo. Due to the fact that the roof panels get too hot to handle when they are sitting in the sun and we knew it would take us more than one day to assemble the Gazebo, we kept them in the shade so they would be cool enough for us to handle when we were ready to use them. Two parts were damaged, so I emailed Sunjoy. They responded that same day and parts were shipped out within a few days. They were very helpful. We are very happy with our purchase and are now enjoying our new Gazebo.

Installation is difficult and not a one man job
It was nightmare to install, it took two of us and 20 hours each days. The beams were not cut and drilled properly for them to line up and some of the screws were a little short especially on the beams. The cut on the long beams were not angled right making them difficult to install otherwise the product is sturdy and seems to last long but quality control is poor.

Good quality and acceptable assembly
Hired someone to assemble this as I wasn't confident in my ability to do it with limited help. The person had assembled dozens over the years and considered this one of the easiest ones he had done, but still took him and a few weekend warriors 5 hours to assemble. We weren't missing any parts/etc, do note it comes with netting but not privacy curtains. Also the rings for the netting aren't great but definitely usable.
