Bought this for an art student as a Christmas ornament - it was cute!

I feel badly for the folks who received this ornament broken, but I'm thankful they took the time to write reviews and give us a heads up. It seems Amazon is sending this piece out in an envelope, and that is causing the damage during transit. I suggest ordering it along with other items (that ship directly from Amazon), so that it will be packaged in a box. This is what I did, and it arrived safely. The ornament is very sturdy otherwise, and super adorable. I will say that I thought this palette had pink paint in it judging by the listing photo, but that is actually red. The piece is definitely customizable though, and I changed a couple of the primary colors to pastel shades to match my xmas tree theme. Looks great!

This was a perfect ornament gift for my artzie sister! She loved it! It was bigger than I thought it was going to be and heavier than I thought. It's a well-made product!

As an artist... I am overloaded with projects and clients... so I purchased this ornament instead of crafting something that I now realize I could have made this sooooooooo much easier as well as better than the item I received. It seriously lacked a realistic feel or ANY pallet i have or have worked..... it was glittery, bulky and the brush was not a brush of any sort. Personally, LAME!! This was intended as an ornament to attach atop a gift box however and again, it's Bulky, Huge and Glittery. I've since disassembled and will utalize for something else. This would have distracted from the gift within the box, in my opinion. Again, I'm an artist and critical as well as require aesthetically pleasing packages when gifting. This just Did Not Do, For me...!!!!! My bad, I should have just made my own.... seriously!!!!!
