Ubiquinol is not something you feel. Instead, you are relying on current science and trials that suggest it promotes optimal cardio vascular function.With that you want to opt for the Kaneka brand-yes they probably funded the trials but the results seem to be repeated over several years.Health-Thru uses the Kaneka brand and is the best value. I have never had an issue with the capsules being damaged on opening.

Very good product and price fair
