Rosewood Wrapped Cap Medium Nib Fountain Pen Vintage Style

This arrived today and it's lovely! I filled it with ink and tried it out, and it writes very nicely. I think these would make great gifts for some of my friends. Just remember it doesn't come with ink, you need to buy that somewhere else. Perhaps a pretty bottle of Montblanc ink to go with it?

looks nice and the weight is good. Ink flows smoothly but the nib was quite scratchy. The nibs were just a bit misaligned. Once I fixed that, it was great! The cap posts well.

Lovely & functional, however , it is very difficult to keep the insert for (bottled ink) in place. It pops out, rattles around, and tends to make a mess. I'm learning to double check it. For the PRICE, it's a nice pen.

I am obviously disappointed. First of all, it took a century to arrive. Secondly, it is very hard to suck the ink to the capsule and it doesn't hold much. So I constantly need to squeeze/suck/dip the ink bottle. Third, this pen is heavy which was the reason I thought it would look nicer, but it is not. Overal the quality of it is not bad, but not very nice either. Plain. I gave up using this pen after three times.

Beautiful to look at. Not functional. Would not screw together correctly...threads were stripped. Company returned my money.

I love my new pen. It weighs nicely in the hand. Using bottled ink, the pen writes smoothly and consistently flows. Beautiful rosewood cap. Love it!

An amazing pen. Heavy, looks professional and expensive. Love it. It writes great too.
