Satisfied Customer!
I ordered this straightener on August 1st and received it today (August 3rd) I was very impressed by how fast it arrived. It is in perfect condition, I immediately wanted to try it, so I did. I really like it, it leaves my hair super soft and shiny, something my Chi straightener doesn't do. The only thing I had a problem with was the smell, it kinda gives off a weird smell once it heats up but other than that it's perfect! Oh and also I ordered a black one but received a purple one, but that's not a problem it's still great (:

Mainly got it because it is my favorite color and my friend has one
ehhh not a big fan of it but it . Mainly got it because it is my favorite color and my friend has one. I was going to get a chi but she convinced me to get this one. The main issue that i have with it, it pulls my hair and i honestly don't feel like it straightens my hair the first time so i have to keep running it threw my hair.

If you are looking for a flat iron that straightens your hair this is the one! I stopped using my Chi iron for this iron! My clients love the way it straightens their hair! It's a must have for anyone who uses a flat iron! I purchased mine for $45.00 and I see the price has increased! However it is worth every coin you we spend! Plus it's cheaper than you will pay at the malls!

loved it at first
loved it at first.....now my cord has a short in it, where it connects into the flat iron. Sometimes it's on, sometimes it not. Don't know that I would spend the money again on this item, to take the chance on it not lasting...
