Baby Bandana Bibs by Little Cheeky (Set of 4) Pure Cotton-Absorbent–Unisex-Adjustable-with Non-Metal Snaps

Decent coverage area - I have another brand that covers more and another that covers less. About medium on absorbancy too - need about 3 in a day for heavy drool or they get wet on the underside.

Pros: great price, fun colors, cute style, great fit with two different snaps to use as baby growsCons: white background starts to look dingy after repeated use, not dryer safeOverall, wish they came in different colors but would purchase again.

I love the look of bandana bibs and I finally found SAFE, SOFT, absorbent bandana style bibs that I am 100% comfortable with my 5 month old wearing. I have been looking for a manufacture that made a flat design (instead of the bunched/gathered material design around the neck area which all my previous purchases had) and these Little Cheeky bibs have that. I have had to return many other bandana bibs due to the the same issue; when my son would move his hands up to his mouth, the bib would cover it but when he removed his hands, it would get stuck in an upward position pressed against his face creating a potential suffocation issue. With these bibs, they fall right back down away from his face (I posted a picture of the bib on my son in normal wear, and the a picture of how the bib falls when he moved his hands up to his face and removed them). These bibs have ADORABLE patterns and have two snap settings which are made of plastic instead of metal. With that being said, they are difficult for me to unsnap one handed (as I am often holding my son and utilizing my one-handed wonder powers to accomplish things around the house). My son is in his 95th percentile and these bibs give him enough room around the neck on the smallest setting without jeopardizing the functioning of bib and will have a long use due to the largest setting. My son drools a lot and I do find I have to rotate out these bibs frequently as they are not waterproof, which I do not mind as they are great for catching the drool and absorbing it which helps to not leave a rash around his neck like some waterproof bibs I have. Since they are 100% cotton, they will shrink if you do not follow the washing instructions provided, but to test just how much it would shrink, I put one in the dryer and I was pleasantly surprised that it was minimal. I am very pleased that Little Cheeky has designed a functioning, safe bib that I can feel confident in recommending to my friends.* I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

First of all, I must say that these are so ADORABLE! I absolutely love the patterns and how they look! I got a four pack from Little Cheeky. The designs were polka dots, stars, teddy heads and various animals. I love how all the colors will easily suite either a boy or a girl. They were packaged very neatly, each individually wrapped. They're made of 100% cotton and are very soft and flexible, not stiff like some bibs. Since they're cotton, I know that they're also super absorbent! I love how they were already pre-folded and ready to just pop on! The snaps are made of plastic, not metal, which I actually think is great since they're softer. They're firmly attached and I see no danger with them being chewed on. The snaps are in two different positions so you can easily adjust them to whichever size you might need. I tried these bibs on my six year old son, and they actually fit very nicely without strangling him! The edges are tightly stitched and they seem like they'll last quite a long time! I am very impressed with the quality of these bibs, and I love the cute unisex designs. And did I mention how darn cute they look? I can't wait for my newborn to sport these fashionable bibs in public! They almost seem more like a fashion statement than a bib, yet they're fully functional!*I was not paid for my review! I love these type of bibs. My daughter who is now 3 used these type of bibs during her "drooling" phase. Now that my newborn daughter is born I know it will not be long before I am wanting more of these bandana bibs. Even though these bibs are geared towards boys I would say they are gender neutral because I would have no problem using them on my daughter. My first impression of the packing is that if I was giving this as a gift I was not impressed. They are each individually wrapped in plastic and then put in another piece of plastic to contain them all. It would have been better if they were on a little hanger or just wrapped with a banded label. The fabric is somewhat soft but I recently purchased a bandana set at the same price point that were a lot softer. Since I have not used the set I can not comment on how well the absorb drool. I can say that the quality is average so I think either the price point should go down or the quality of the product should go up along with the presentation. These bibs are sweet. They aren't the most current patterns and I was expecting a lining on the back of the fabric but it looks like it's double layered, or extra thick. The patterns are gender neutral so if you want to bring these as a baby shower gift they are perfect. If your baby is a heavy drooler, this might not be the absolute best but they are great as back ups and the pack of four allows you to rotate them if the drooling is really bad haha. I like them.
