Avoid Nuts About Nets Like the Plague
I ordered a copy of their software a while back. Received the activation code, downloaded the software and installed it. It didn’t work correctly. My RF Explorer connected fine and I could see good signals but I was unable to change the frequency range or other options in the software. Tried everything but it wouldn’t work so I called Nuts About Nets, and got a voice mail, and left a message. Nothing. So I sent an email, and waited, for days. Their response was “What software are you using and what version of the RF Explorer do you have.” Ok, I had previously included that information in the first email but I supplied it again. This went on for a couple of weeks or so, I send an email, I wait, they respond with more questions, never any answers. I’m done so I request an refund as the software never worked. Nothing, no further responses. I’m out fifty bucks. Save your money and frustration and look elsewhere, move along, nothing to see here.
