Sepoleator - Fishing Rod Carrying System

Yes, it's a noodle with a strapping system. Yes, you c.o.u.l.d. make it yourself. Guess what? You're not going to. Yeah, so if you want the functionality, you're going to need to buy this. it works great for ultralight equipment all the way up. If you're good, it'll even stand up on its own, safely storing your rods and reels.

I am a fresh water fisherman from Minnesota. Once a year I like to go to Florida and try a little surf and jetty fishing. Because I travel by plane everything I need has to fit in a check bag. I like to have 2 rods and just carry a 5 gallon bucket ( I buy one at the local hardware after I land). Carrying all of what I bring is a challenge especially when I include a small sand flea rake. I bought this because it packs small and hoped it would carry a couple of rods. I was delighted to find that I could also find a way to carry my rake and both poles. I just split one of the blue “noodles” so I could wrap it around the rake shaft. Then I took a bread knife and cut some small “v” shaped grooves in the foam for the rod shafts.I am a pretty handy guy and some of the reviewers said they could make this themselves but I don’t think it would be very easy. The way the straps are sewn would require some fancy buckles and by they time you buy those and the necessary Velcro etc. You are not going to save very much.Very nice product.

It’s alright for small rods, but for bigger rods not so much. Long range trips we take 6 to 10 rods so you’ll need to buy larger straps. The most I could get was 4 rods on one strap.

Not the best item the tube keeps moving and hard to hold more then three rods going to give it to the kids to play with

Excellent produce. Is able to carry 5 poles with the 10500 Penn reels attached. A time saver too and I’m able to carry more on one trip hiking to my fishing spot.

Well, I have just ordered this item and it was a bit disappointing I must say!I own three rods and the major problem was trying to secure them in place, hold the separator in between them and then wrap the belt around them. All must be done at the same time!It is really a headache and an agonizing process. But, once you manage to get them all in there, carrying them is much more practical.

I had ordered this for my boyfriend who is an amazing saltwater fisherman. This item claims to work for all types of rods including saltwater, IT DOES NOT. I am not happy that the description is misleading and I am not happy with the customer service. Save your money and the stress. Also this is not very professional looking in person, makes you look like a tourist.
