Very sharp blades that cut through pvc with no issues!

I bought these for cutting asphalt shingles when I re-roofed my home. The blades worked great when sharp but dulled quickly. I don't know if other blades would stay sharp longer considering the abrasive quality of asphalt shingles, but it seemed like I was constantly changing the blades, or struggling with a dull blade. The hooked shape did make it easier to cut straight lines on the shingles with less risk of cutting the underlayment or shingles below.The price on Amazon was better than the price at a hardware store when I purchased the blades.

I like the hook blades

Bought these and the rectangular carpet blades to remove my living room carpet. The rectangular blades wouldn't fit in a standard shop knife (my fault for not noticing they didn't have notches to hold the blade). Because my carpet was thick and plush, these wouldn't cut well, they got clogged with the fibers but, once I had access to the back, they cut very well.

If you know anything about roofing is that these blades get dull very fast but you can keep using them as they sorta sharpen them selves on the roofing

I use them for hunting and fishing, the blade will not let you cut into areas that you don’t want to cut. if you get my drift just used it to gut a deer worked great

from my experience the normal razor knife with the razor straight edge is better than these with the curved end.
