Sharpie Extreme Permanent Markers, 2-Pack, Black (1919845)

Sharpies are my go to markers and these are terrific!

I like that they are permanent. I realized that the price was higher by different sellers too late. I got these in 2015 so they last a long time. I wanted to share something I found because some people said they ran out of ink. What I learned online, you tube, that you must cap them and place them in a pencil cup pointing downward, if not the ink won't flow to the tip. It also said that you can pull out the felt pen put a few drops of alcohol in the pen part if the ink dries up. I USED TWEEZERS TO REMOVE TIP. REPLACE TIP AND PUSH DOWN ON A HARD SURFACE TO PUSH THE TIP ALL THE WAY IN. BE CAREFUL NOT TO GET INK ON HANDS.

These Sharpie markers are an industry standard, and they certainly serve the purpose. I use them for marking almost any smooth hard surface, and for writing on paper.

Bought these because I needed to write on some gallon food bags for the freezer. The first one out of the pack felt and smelled a bit off. It was somewhat cakey and dry. When trying to write on the bag surface it rubbed the white area off the bags, no matter what bag or brand. I tossed that one in the trash feeling something was wrong with it, moving on to the second marker. THIS ONE WORKED GREAT, it did what I needed to do in writing on the bag in both the white area and on the bag itself. Not sure what was wrong with the first one but the second one is great and definitely lives up to the "Extreme" on the packaging since its going on bags going into a freezer.

I finally found something to label the small glass jars of beach sand I saved from vacations. As long as my family doesn't ruin them, I am good!

I got these to try out for my glass paintings and they work great! Once dry they do not smudge or lift at all on the glass or acrylic! Also I used one to draw on a hoodie, though they aren't fabric markers, it held up very well to all the abuse it took!
