Very pleased...until it rusted
Update: Feb 2021 - The whisk rusted quickly. Not pleased with the quality.We own several heavy duty whisks but not a thinner, lighter one since our last one rusted apart. I wanted a good quality one that would not be as likely to fall apart as the last one. I took a chance with this one and couldn't be more pleased. It is light but sturdy with a comfortable to grip handle. I wasn't even looking for a handle like this but I'm glad to have it! The size and weight are perfect for a standard size whisk. I look forward to lots of baking with this one!

This product looked very promising however performance was not so good.
The handle broke between the wire whisks handle (where black handle connects to silver ring) with moderate use. I was mixing up flower and other ingredients. This product looked very promising however performance was not so good.

Broke in half. Worked really well before it broke, but lasting less than 2 years in not acceptable for something as simple as a whisk. It is just a bad design on the handle.

The wires are almost at the thickness (stiffness) that I like a whisk to have. The handle is properly formed for extended usage. It would be nice if there was a hole in the handle so we can hang it with our other kitchen whisks.

Customer friendly company AND a great whisk too
The whisk feels very good in my hand and is well put together. As an unexpected bonus, Cheftime emailed me a free ebook of recipes. What a nice touch!

Company has emailed me asking if I was satisfied and that if I wasn't they would make it right. Said they would guarantee product for life. Can't ask for more than that. Product itself was very nice and we are very happy with it. Seems like a very good quality!
