This is a really good exercise roller. The wide wheel makes it very stable ( important when you are stretching) and the handles are very comfortable and at just the correct angle to prevent wrist strain. Built in thumb rests are also excellent. The roller is very strongly constructed and excellent valued for money. I looked at several others but I'm very glad I settled on this one.

So far been using every day with no issues but early days but feels strong and sterdy a good purchase.

This roller is very stable compared to other rollers I have used. It was very simple to assemble the handles. I used it on a hard tile floor with the supplied knee support and found no slippage at all from the knees. I also used the roller on a deep pile carpet. The roller worked just as well but I did not need the knee support. Unless you extend your roll right out you will not notice much resistance it’s only when you fully extend that you notice the resistance. Mine had a squeaky noise as you extended, I guess this might be the spring action. The handles were quite comfortable but it was a different feeling to the normal rollers but I am sure I will get used to that. As you come back after you extend the spring will unwind, I did not notice much in the difference between this one and a normal roller but that may be because my abs are quite strong . I would say at £13.99 this is a good value roller for new or experienced ab roller users

I had an ab roller for years but decided to update it as it was falling apart. I scrolled through many on Amazon and decided to take a chance on this one due to the good reviews. I wasn't wrong this roller does everything you want but not costing a huge amount of money, the recoil is beneficial and great handles. Another good buy from Amazon

This has a spring load return, so it aids when u are returning to the start position, however I find that the distance I can roll out, strangely reduces over time and I have to take the roller off the ground for it to 'reset' ... slightly annoying, but a cheap product compared to others so worth the inconvenience. Valued correctly.

Solid build, can even do standing to tip roll press without wobbling.Easy assembly. Make sure the knobs click into position. It has directional arrows for ease.

So honestly, I usually never have time to write reviews. This one is deserving. Day one, just 10 reps. Abs hurt like you would not imagine, and tighter. No, the fat over them is not gone haha, but I can feel the difference. Day 2, could barely do 4 reps....hurt too much. Day 3 - can do 10 reps, but less pain... Tighter.Its heavier than I thought, but well made.It's a must. Going to lug this back over the Atantic in my suitcase, its a keeper. These things have come along way from what I had 10 years ago. It's very well made, and spring loaded.

Roue abdominale très facile et agréable à utiliser.Le retour après extension se fait sans à coup.Toutefois ne pas hésiter à aller voir des vidéos sur Google pour bien lapratiquer sans se faire mal au dos.Pour plus de confort, je mets des gants de fitness .Seul bémol, le conditionnement un peu léger (emballage déchiré reconsolide par La Poste) mais sans dommage pour le matériel.
