Important!!! 1.Please remember your new combination code you have set. Please take a photo after resetting the special combination in case that you forget the password. When your forget the code, only you can open the lock by trying 10,000 combinations. 2.When the code is 0-0-0-0, the lock can be opened meaning that the lock is qualified 3.To avoid damaging the lock, it's NOT recommended to turn the shackle over the code line. 4.Please make sure the numbers are completely in the window when setting a new combination. 5.When you set the password, the shackle should be pressed to the end completely. Otherwise, it will lead to a disorder of new password and cannot be unlocked.

Quality matches price
Used these for escape room challenges at work. One of the locks got jammed closed (down) while open. No luck fixing it no matter who tried. Others worked fine. I'd say just don't fidget with them and they'll be fine

I like the size of the lock works great on car top cargo box and also put one on an outside building.. easy to set combination and open.
