Quality polisher for reasonable price!
Good polisher for the money. Lots of accessories as well. 2 batteries that last long along with charger. I Paint corrected my motorcycle and did an amazing job. It’s perfect for the hideous small jobs that regular sized polishers are too big for!

Ibrid competition crazy value
The media could not be loaded. The store was very cost-effective and we really liked how much power it had for its size. We also liked that the tool came with a ton of buffing pads and a really nice case to keep it all tucked away nice and safe in. The Velcro is very sticky and holds onto the pad very well. Every time you turn the tool on it restarts at speed level one which is good because he will not accidentally throw the pad off the backing plate if it goes all the way to seven. The max speed is seven and is way more than you will ever need. The batteries seem to hold up for about 30 minutes a piece on normal load and on heavy load about 15 to 20 minutes. The only thing I do not like about the batteries is the charger it is really cheap and I feel like I’m going to break the charging port on the batteries when trying to align the plug. This is a very good price for the tool and I feel that the only downfall that the tool has is not having a shroud around the counter wait for the door action polisher head unit I feel that for somebody who is unexperienced they could hit the counterweight on mirrors and other pieces of trim damaging them but if skilled enough the tool is very easy to handle and you should not have any problems. The buffing pads are actually really good quality it comes with a microfiber polishing pad a foam the wall heavy cup had a heavy white wall pad with foam in her face A green heavy cut pad which can be used to cut or polish depending on the type of paint. Also this tool came with a blue heavy foam polishing pad and a yellow finishing polishing pad these pads are absolutely perfect for this tool they are durable easy to clean and finished down very well for how affordable they are. When I purchased this tool the only option for this tool was a dual action head unit With a 1 inch backing plate that is removable from the counter weight. Now I think they have revised this and add a 2 inch backing plate for slightly larger polishing pads that can do a slightly larger surface and still get pinpoint accuracy. The only thing I wish the tool could add is an extension for a rotary option other than that amazing tool amazing value

worth the purchase!
Awesome little polisher, wow, this thing is worth its weigh in gold!! if you have a surface to polish that round or a place that restricts the use of a 5" buffer, this is the tool. I can imagine using this on a nice road bike with lots of chrome or hard to reach places, fast too, so no sore fingers trying to polish out the parts..

Works great.
My only detraxtor is battery life. 5 star otherwise.

Great little polisher!
I’ll start with cons, since that’s a small list and I’ll get it out of the way first. Really, I only have one con... one of my two batteries has stopped working after 3.5 years. It actually behaves exactly like one of the videos from another reviewer where the polisher works great for about 5 seconds or so, then dies. That itself isn’t a con, batteries will fail in everything after a few years, but finding a replacement hasn’t been easy. They’re essentially only available from SPTA directly, but I’m happy they’re available at least! I wish there was a plug in option for a few years down the road when I can’t get replacement batteries, but that sort of defeats the portability of the polisher. It would be great if they used some sort of commercially available 12v battery system instead of a proprietary one, but that’s a minor complaint. Now for the rest of the review. I’ve used this polisher sporadically over the last 3.5 years and it’s been great. It’s smooth with little vibration, speed and power are nice, lightweight so easy to use for extended periods, and the kit comes with pretty much everything you need to get started - just add your favorite compound or polish. I mainly use it with the smaller head and 1” pads, and it’s been amazing for getting scratches out of small areas, close to edges/trim, and on interior shiny plastics like the dreaded piano black. Overall, I love it and if you’re a weekend warrior like me and not a pro, then this little polisher will get you the same results and is a no brainer vs the very nice but prohibitively expensive Rupes machines.

Broken on arrival
So I've now had 2 of these show up on my doorstep. I got the first one and immediately opened it. It looks well made and I was excited to get it working so I looked over the instructions to start putting things together. I grabbed the da attachment and spun it into the tool and used the tools provided to tighten it. I then took the backing plate and tried screwing it in. I tried both ways, left and right. I tried pushing it in harder and I tried no pressure and just screwing it in. Nothing worked, the female threads on this attachment were done for before I even got the product. So I ordered a replacement and filed a return for the first. Got the second one, exact same issue. I'm not sure what's going on with the quality of this product but I'll be steering clear of this brand from now on. If the da attachment just worked everything else would be fine but I'm not sure how you don't catch this before it leaves. If I didn't use the attachment I could just use the backing plates, but I ordered a da polisher for a reason.

Good little polisher
It's great so far. The batteries perform as claimed, it's got good enough torque to handle heavy compounding, and it feels solid. I own a boat detailing shop in Florida and decided to pick this up so I wouldn't have to polish very small areas by hand anymore and it does the job without any trouble. The only thing really to note is that it can and will stop rotation if it gets hot or the battery gets very low. But that's a good safety feature to prevent damage. Turn it off and back on though and it'll just keep on trucking. The design issues in some of the older reviews seem to have been resolved too. Now the thread on both plates are metal and less likely to break. Overall, it's a good polisher and for it's price I see no downside so far. It absolutely beats doing did by hand.
