Loved the Look. Excited to read they were supposed to keepHot drinks Hot for a Long Time but Dissappointed they Didn't.Keep Them Hot Within Two Hours. The cup has a nice shape and weight to it, it keeps liquids cold or hot for awhile. The cap is nice (although I'd prefer screw-on rather than a rubber seal). I really liked this travel mug for about a year.And then it started to fall apart. The care instructions clearly state not to dishwash it. I figured that the rubber grips and seals were susceptible to the harshness of dish detergent... but its not. They're susceptible to heat. First off - a hand-wash only cup actually gets pretty vile after a year, but with that aside, I hand-washed it once per work day for a year and the grips started to come apart. They got soft, and then started flaking off, leaving sticky residue on my desk and on my hand. The daily heat of a kitchen sink somehow kinda.. melts the grips. And it gets -everywhere- as they start to flake. Super-disgusting. And it leaves holes in the cup with sharp metal edges once the grips have completely disintegrated.Furthermore the seal on the lid is starting to go, sometimes dribbling when I tip it up. It makes me wonder... if the seal is going bad in the same way as the grips... did all that rubber flake end up in my coffee? There's no way that's good for me.Today I put this cup in the trash. Good riddance. Do yourself a favor and buy something brand-name. Someone with a reputation to uphold. Someone who won't make such a poor-quality short-lived product.

I recently purchased two of these and I've had a chance to try them and love it!I'm using it with mostly hot liquid but even with hot tea the cup stays pretty cool to the touch. The quality of the material is good and its the perfect size for my hand.These will also make a perfect gift! Great product.

Not the best but better than plastic

It is all stainless inside, there is plastic for the mouth part, but I don't use it unless I need to go somewhere. Keeps hots hot!

OK but for one flaw. The rubber piece on the bottom is supposed to seal the plate on the bottom. However, it comes off easily, letting water get in between the walls of the mug when washing. It then dribbles out when you use the mug. There may be a way to seal the bottom, but should not have to redesign/remanufacture a product.

I purchased this mug at the suggestion of a friend. The cup does keep my smoothies cool. Good quality mug.
