The knife so good

I’m not a professional chef but I do cook at home every day and I take pride in how the food is prepared and how it’s displayed. That being said, for me a good chef knife is the most important tool in the kitchen. After lots of research I ordered this Kiritzuke knife to replace an old beat up Gyuto I’ve had for years. I decided to buy 2 knives, one for myself and another for my best friend. I live in Southern California and It took 4 days for the first knife to arrive and 6 days for the other, even though I ordered them at the same time. The knives were well packaged and arrived undamaged. Straight out of the box the knife is razor sharp. The workmanship is good and the knife feels like a quality knife when held. It is kind of a heavier knife, one weighs 250 grams and the other 258 grams. I’ve only being using my knife for a few days and like it so far. The only thing that upset me about this deal was that after I ordered the knives I found them for $40 less on a different website, so I could of saved $80. But I guess that’s Amazon for you.

Too long for kitchen use

The knife isn't very great honestly if you dont know how to sharpen knives properly your self its not worth the purchase thr durability of thr knife is sub par and the sharpness doesn't stay long between each use
