My kids LOVE this
This has been such a great addition to our house. My daughter will turn the nightlight on every single time she wakes up. I love that we can also use it as a flashlight while we read at night too! They stopped selling the bingo on here, so I had to find one on eBay lol. Would definitely buy a back up if they start selling it again. Best purchase when we moved to big girl beds and got rid of binkies

Bingo is six times brighter as a night light, so choose wisely.
Okay. Bluey is too dark to be a really good nightlight. I'd choose Bingo if you have a toddler who's terrified of the dark. I got both and my toddlers sleep in the same room, so...win-win. It's super easy to use. Both modes have a 10-minute timer that is reset every time, for example, the flashlight becomes a night light again.Tiny button on the bottom. Pushed in by a flat surface (we have a folding storage ottoman with a lid in their room, and it's firm enough to work every time, whereas the carpet is not), it becomes a nightlight with a warm yellow hue, Bluey only lights up where she's light blue (my son, of course has decided Bluey is a boy like him, because Bluey is the older sib and his light). Pick it up, the button pops out, and you have a flashlight that works in many capacities. Reading in bed, hunting for a diaper, walking to the bathroom. Really nice LED flashlight with blue-white light. So, when night falls, tip the nightlight up so the flashlight is activated, then put it back down. Ta-da! Ten minutes of this.My 2yo daughter loves her Pegasus ("Unicorn") Cry Babies Goodnight doll. I got my son the triceratops Cry Babies Goodnight doll and it doesn't soothe him--it's wonderful and lights up even an entire modest living room ceiling, but he's usually too scared to feel secure enough to fall asleep. With Bingo, not Bluey, he's comforted by the nearby bright light. He fell asleep within three minutes last night, not the Cry Baby's usual 15/far later on his own. This bodes well.

Nightlight AND flashlight!
My child really likes this. The whole thing lights up when you place it on a surface then there’s a light on the bottom the glows for a flashlight. That part is bright, but the nightlight isn’t too bright.

So fun
This is a great little toy but I wouldn't necessarily consider it a nightlight. It's hard to explain but there is no way to turn it off, it automatically turns off after a very short period. The light is bright as a flashlight and fun to play with but it's not the best as a nightlight. We still love this toy and my little one plays with it daily so I still recommend if you have a kid who loves Bluey this is a great toy to have.

Wackadoo, your kid needs this too!!
This $15 flashlight changed our big kid's world (to put it lightly). We are a big time Bluey household and my 3yr old was struggling with the amount of light in her room at bedtime. Nightlight? Not enough. Overhead light? Too much. Real flashlight? Can't be trusted not to blind herself.*Mom searches Amazon for kiddo flashlight and enter - Bluey. Delivered via Prime two days later. You press the button on the bottom to turn it on, or set it on the table. It's designed to be a lantern/flashlight. So when picked up, it switched modes to the flashlight. It's bright, don't get me wrong. But it's not going to wreck her vision like our emergency/camping flashlights. It got really dim about 7 or 8 months into using it every night, I easily switched the batteries and we're back in business. It does turn off after a certain amount of time, but kiddo can just tap it and it turns on again. Highly recommended. We'll probably buy another one if this one stops working. 5/5.

Bedtime Bliss
I recently purchased the Bluey 2 in 1 Bedtime Handy Flashlight for my kids, and it has been a game-changer at bedtime. This nifty little gadget has become an essential part of our nightly routine. Not only do my kids love using it to read their favorite bedtime stories, but it also helps them settle down and feel safe in the dark. The quality of the flashlight is top-notch, and the Bluey design is an absolute hit with them. While it may be on the pricier side, the peace and quiet it brings to our bedtime routine is worth every penny. I highly recommend the Bluey 2 in 1 Bedtime Handy Flashlight to any parent looking to make bedtime a breeze. This product has truly improved our evenings.

THERE IS NO OFF BUTTON
Huge design blunder by not having the ability to turn it off.It has an auto 10 min timer but my child plays with it often so it drains the battery quickly.Looks like I'll have to invest in rechargeable batteries. The product itself is okay. There is a smudge on the bottom of the mold where it should be smooth.Overall, my child loves it and loves to blind me with it.

Battery saver
Over a month in, and still on the same batteries! If you're like me and constantly looking for new, novel ways to get your toddler to sleep in their own room through various battery operated light sources, you'll find this a nice reprieve from switching out dead batteries every few days. It runs for about 10 minutes before shutting off, at which point a child could easily turn it on again by depressing a small button. The light output on this Bluey is just enough to look at pictures in a book or dress a babydoll by. Or to find the bathing suit you told your toddler they couldn't wear to bed yet you'll find them ready for swimming on a frigid morning. My one very minor gripe is that it's rather useless in a seated position (he glows, but barely). My toddlers complaint? He doesn't have a mouth.
