Great product got it to make deer burgers roll a 1/4 lb of meat put meat between 2 pieces of burger paper a close perfect burgers every time I only use LEM products to process deer mite be a little more expensive but reliable products

Well built and works great. Very fast way to make burgers of any kind. However, don’t try to use by itself or you will be very disappointed. Also order the liners. Place a liner on bottom, add a ball of ground meat, and place another liner on top. Press and done. Liners stay on burger and keep them from sticking together when freezing. Liners come 1,000 to a small box and will last a long time. Press is easily adjustable for patty thickness. Practice sizing your ball of meat so it makes a good size patty but doesn’t squeeze out excess too much. That will make clean up easier. The press does disassemble and reassemble easily for cleaning. If you own a meat grinder, you will be amazed how you ever lived without this. I would purchase this again even if I only used it occasionally, but I grind A LOT of meat each year and it’s a must!

Easy to use

I ordered this based on a need and promised delivery date. The product itself is very nice and quality. Easy to use and creates consistent burgers.The delivery was 5 days after the original delivery date. Not because of carrier issues but rather the sellers slow shipping. I would ordered directly from LEM had I known this and I will in the future.

Easy to use makes burgers your size, I like thick burger. Weigh them all at 8 oz. Do 10pds at a time with wax paper and all, then wrap in groups of 2 or 3 easy to separate if needed
