Cannot answer this in cm , l am a normal size woman which it states that it fits. It is flexible...give it a try.

I’d say this one is slightly longer than 3” but as you can push the visor up your forehead slightly to give the same effect as one of 3” it’s very versatile. Plus it’s a good comfortable fit & in thus versatile.
