The bottles are broken when they were delivered? They were put into a bag and boxed. Why can't I get a replacement for this?

My husband loves this root beer! I saw some ppl said theirs arrived broken, we were lucky ours wasn't. We just ordered 2 more cases so we'll see 🤞🏻. Overall I would definitely recommend this and it's not a bad price either for a product we can't buy in stores.
