I have a herniated disc in my lower back. 3 doctors and 2 emergency visits to hospital, all I seem to get is steriod shots, pain patches, muscle relaxers to which make me sick, even morphine shots all to temporarily ease the pain. I found this magic back support with hundreds of great reviews and thought at this point I have nothing to lose! I immediately started using it when it arrived. This is my third day and I can't believe what a difference it has made! I can stand up straight without pain or pressure in my back. My legs have not gone numb, I'm sleeping thru the night now too. I use it twice a day for 5 to 10 minutes and only wish I found this product months ago.

I just received my back stretcher and I must say when I first ordered it I really thought I would be sending it back thinking it had to be a gimmick. But as soon as it was delivered I opened the Amazon box and it was packaged really well in a zip bag. Easy to read and follow directions. With the level of compression and over 15 years of pain, I went straight to level 3!! It was easy to get it set at level 1 but had to have my husband get it into the level 3 position. When I first laid back onto it, it felt a little strange but once I got up, I immediately felt relief from the compression I feel 24/7 in my lower back. Pretty amazing if you ask me. After this first use I am hooked, I even own a teeter hanger and this gives me the same if not better stretch to my lower back without all the blood running to my head hanging upside down!

I don't write many reviews about items, but since back pain has dominated much of my adult life, and I have searched for years for a solution, it seems only right that I give this its due. It works. I don't know how, but it does. If you suffer lower back pain that stops you from living and walking, try this. I've done it all. Painkillers. Expensive sports massage. Everything. Nothing worked like this. Only used it twice and it has more or less cured me. Amazing.

Wow this back stretching device is heavenly. I do a lot of yoga but I also sit in a desk chair all day. It’s nice to just lay down on it, listen to high vibrational music and breathe while sinking into the stretch. I think everyone could benefit from this, especially those who are hunched over a computer or those who have manual labor jobs. The plastic is quite stiff though, so if you have weak hands, or any hand issues, adjusting the height may be difficult for you.

Item was bought as a gift so can’t comment on how it is to use. But it arrived on time and in good condition.

My expectation on the item was false, not as described and not user friendly to be honest

seems good to start off but need to check your packaging as the photo given...instruction oof-Do not use malignant tumours within 20 minutes after meals?

Got it in 2 days super fast good package, just trying for feel very relaxed.
