Entirely handmade of 100% genuine carbon fiber, the rectangular shaped keychain is made using "sandwich" construction of four layers of unidrectional 300 gr carbon fiber in combination with two layers of 2x2 twill 240 gr carbon fiber. A total of 6 layers of carbon fiber is used to give it the 2mm thickness. A special technique is used in production to give it a premium matte finish that is extremely durable. This smaller version is 40mm L X 12 mm W X 2mm H.
