Taste and low index carb
It’s awesome product

Wow!!! Seriously... WOW!!! These are awesome!
First of all, these noodles are completely flavorless. The only purpose is to add filler to a meal so that you feel like you're eating something substantial. I just "discovered" them today. I ordered them for same day delivery, and I used them to make my dinner. I used the Food Wishes/Chef John video from YouTube to make his Creamy Bay Scallop Spaghetti. I've made it before with actual spaghetti, but this time I used these noodle instead of real spaghetti. It was DELICIOUS! These are absolutely a zero carb spaghetti replacement. The texture is slightly different than real spaghetti, but it's not unpleasant. In fact, I told my wife as I was eating my dinner that if I had grown up eating these noodles rather than spaghetti, I'd probably think spaghetti had a weird texture. These noodles are slightly springy, but not rubbery by any means. I put them into my sauce for the last few minutes as it was cooking, and the noodles absorbed the flavors of the sauce nicely. I have no doubt that I could invite company over for dinner, cook them this "pasta", and if I didn't tell them it was carb-free, FIVE CALORIE pasta, they would have no idea. This stuff is going to become my everyday pasta.

For the price to remain stable.
As a pasta substitute, this is a great low carbs option. Good to mix with your favorite veggies or protein.

horrible taste, I want my refund for this item
This was the most awful smelling product, liquid spilled everywhere smelling like fish, leaked all over my kitchen, absolutely disgusting.

Excellentr option for keto noodles + good fiber for a binder
Recommendation: If you want a keto noodle replacement, and don't mind a slightly different texture (or the higher price), buy these. Pros: * Pretty much a noodle aside from having a bit more springiness * No carbs * No flavor * Good fiber for binding (if you have health problems) * Doesn't seem to aggravate constipation or diarrhea Cons: * Expensive compared to noodles * Slightly different texture, but 95% a normal noodle More: Has pretty much no flavor with just rinsing it off. In most sauces, you'd think they were noodles, and might not notice anything off. If you concentrate on texture- they feel a bit more "gelatin" like compared to actual noodles- have some resistance to breaking, have a bit of springiness when pulling on them.

Noodles are safe for Keto dieters, but funny feeling
I have had to stop using rice, noodles and potatoes because of the Keto diet I am on. The diet has worked to pull me back from almost being diabetic, but food hasn't been as much fun. I love noodles and they are verboten to me. One of the nurses I was working with told me about the konjac noodles so I bought a couple boxes of them. When first opened, they did have a unpleasant odor, but I washed them in water and it was better. The noodles are tough. One reviewer said they tasted like worms. The noodles are plasticky and do feel like worms because they are tough. The are harder than regular noodles. I don't mind that they have no flavor, but the noodles rolling around in my mouth and feeling like worms is unpleasant. I really wanted this product to work for me as an acceptable alternative to real noodles, but if you can stand them, they may work for a substitute. They are better than no noodles at all, I suppose. Not sure I will try them again. Didn't like the texture.

It’s A Winner
Ok, this is my first time ordering this brand of Konjac noodles and it’s a winner I liked them very much. There was no fishy smell like the other brand I usually purchase, I rinsed them very well in hot water and then added my sautéed mushrooms. The noodle are thicker and way less chewy and softer than the other brand. As a plant based diabetic I love that they are high in fiber and next to nill in calories and carbs. My mouth can adjust to different textures but not taste these will definitely be my new low carb noodle staple. I was satiated after eating them and my glucose level did not spike.

Convenient & ready to eat quickly with Veggies
Great for Asian recipes. Quick & easy --- just open a pack, rinse noodles and your good to go. Just need to add Veggies & I make a peanut sauce. So good in the hot Summer.

Great product. I have had shirataki many times and it is a staple for me when I am cutting weight. Very filling with almost no calories. It’s not quite the same as pasta, but I really enjoy it and I highly recommend it as a pasta substitute for people who want to be in a calorie deficit but still feel satisfied after a meal!

These noodles are great for weight loss, I use them with homemade bolognese sauce, chicken soup and curries. The noodles have no taste, no smell and the texture is the same as pasta. The flavouring comes from what you eat it with. I find the rice, spaghetti and fettuccine shapes the best. The udon is too thick and hard to swallow. I will continue to use them.

There is a clear contradiction in the product labeling. The front of the box advertises these Konjac Noodles as keto friendly, but the ingredient list on the back of the box includes organic oat flour, which is not keto friendly. Each sachet is described as Oat Konjac Noodles, yet the detailed ingredients list specifies organic oat fiber instead. This inconsistency is misleading for customers who follow a strict keto diet and rely on accurate labeling when making purchasing decisions. Since returns are not available for this item, the product went straight to the garbage — a complete waste of money.
