This back massager is PERFECT. I was a little hesitant about getting it because it looks like it could be cheaply mad..... Well, I was wrong. There is 9 little wood pieces in the middle with a silver rod. The rod seems a little bit bendy, but it gets the job done and hasnt broken on me yet. The 9 pieces in the middle all move on their own. There is 2 handles, one on each side so you can run it across your back. It is easy to get your lower back, but if your pain is in your shoulders, it may be a little hard to get it on your own. I liked this product because it is the best back relief I have ever had. I dont really dislike anything, other than it hurts a little bit after you have it on your back for too long. If anyone is hesitant to get this product, please get it. It will help you!I got this product for a discounted price for my honest review.
