Shiwala Super Absorbent 360 Swivel Spray Mop

I have one suggestion to make. There is very little explanation on how to remove the spray bottle. I took the Shiwala Magic Mop that I purchased from your company to Bed Bath & Beyond since they also sell your product. Two customer representatives and I worked for fifteen minutes trying to figure out how to get the spray bottle pulled out in order to fill with a cleaner, the bottle although seemingly flimsy proved to be sturdy. We finally succeeded by holding the mop with already installed water bottle in front of us and using our thumbs to push straight up on part of bottle that was pushed into mop head, finally it popped up and flew across the counter. There is no reason that there should be this much difficulty plus not having instructions or even hints on how to remove spray bottle. You might consider using picture of two thumbs pushing the bottle up and show it popping off and flying across the room.

I received this mop yesterday and put it together easily. The mop head was already on the mop when it arrived. I wanted to wash my kitchen floor which is hardwood. I found that the mop head would not stay flat. As I moved and pushed the mop forward, the mop would move to its front edge instead of staying flat. It kept turning up on its edge as I tried to wash the floor. Didn't seem to matter if I pushed it down hard on the floor or if I just pushed it easily. It just kept flipping over onto its front edge. Also it didn't matter how wet the floor was. It just didn't slide like I think it should. Needless to say, it took some time to wash the floor. Since the mop was already connected when it arrived I assume it was correct. Reading the manual didn't help. I intend to keep trying because I think the idea is a good one. I am just a bit disappointed in how it is working. Last night I washed the mop head in the washer and parts of it came apart, the center plastic like material ripped and I had to cut pieces of the mop that had elongated or were tangled. I am thinking that the mop is not particularly well made. It has good qualities but I wish I had check other mops more thoroughly.

I like the concept of this mop -- the smaller round head is good for getting into corners and out-of-the-way areas. The problem with this mop is it's cheaply made and doesn't work well. I could barely get the mop head on. Maybe they saved a half a penny by not allowing one more centimeter of stretch? The mop head works okay as long as you keep the long stringy part directly under the pad. Otherwise the pad itself is thin and there's a scraping sound, which is the last thing you want with hard wood floors. I didn't use the spray bottle gizmo, so I can't rate that. The whole thing feels cheap and flimsy. I wish I hadn't bought it.

I was hesitant to purchase this based on the reviews. This mop works great, and I have no issues with the sprayer. The entire two pieces of the arm of the handle need to be connected in order for the sprayer to work. If you only use the shorter piece without the extender the sprayer will not work. I like that it can work as a duster and a mop. I works really well under cabinets and other small crevices and corners. I gave it 4 stars simply because one of the two mop heads had a couple strings coming, but it is not a big deal, both mop heads did the job. As far as the negative reviews, I say try it and decide for yourself. Amazon has a great return policy. I believe some like to write negative reviews, because a product does not meet their idea of perfection. No product anywhere is going to make everyone happy.

I absolutely love this mop! I was really not sure how well a "dry" mop would work, but it is truly awesome. I have had no issues with the sprayer or the mop, and I am amazed at how well it works. I used it the first time on a tile floor in an apartment my daughter was just moving into. The floor was very, very dirty. Very. . . . It took two fillups of the sprayer container to do the entire floor (due to the size and dirt), and when we were done, we just stared wide-eyed at the results! We only used the one mop head, and it did the whole floor. Didn't just smear the dirt around either, it cleaned the whole floor, and with no "mop marks/lines". Wonderful.We pulled the mop head off, tossed in the washer and dryer, and it was perfect again. The floors dry much quicker than when using buckets of water. The rotating head makes it easy to get in everywhere, even the corners and baseboards. The spray bottle is a good size and doesn't add a lot of weight, even when full.Fingers crossed, but I have had no issues with the sprayer not working, or breaking.I can't believe how much I like a mop!! I gave this one to my daughter, and I will be buying another for myself. I would definitely recommend this product to my family and friends.

I bought this 20 monts ago so have had a lot of use. I bought an extra mop head which worked out great. I love how the mop works as far as swirling and cleans well with the connon mop heads. The negative is the sprayer, it is such a fine mist that i would cough when i used it so quit using after the second try. With not using that feature makes it a pretty expensive mop. The handle broke last week. I would have thought ot would have lasted much longer. Where the 2 pieces connect on the habdle the plastic latch cracked making it useless. Will shop for a traditional mop with similar head. Bottom line, dont buy for the sprayer function.UPDATE: purchased a second one. This one lasted about 14 months. This time the plastic piece that holds the head to the pole making it useless. If you don’t mind spending the money the mop is great while it stays together. Again sprayer is useless.
