I was excited to try this product because I heard good things about how it can aid in weight loss. It was recommended to also take the green coffee bean so I also bought it with this item. The first few days I did notice an increase in energy and I felt motivated and it was really encouraging to get that boost. But as time went on I didn't notice any benefits. I didn't lose any weight either. As far as, the quality of the pills inside I am very pleased the size of the pill is average and really easy to take with water. There isn't any aftertaste, which is a nice quality to have in any pills. My only issue was I didn't see the results the product claims but it did provide energy boost in the first few weeks which aids in the ability to lose weight because you are ready to get up and go.

Does not seem to work for me I have put on a couple of lbs since I started taking it!
