Yes, seasoned rice vinegar is rice vinegar that already has sugar and salt in it and ready to add to Japanese style rice to make sushi rice.

Is there corn syrup in it?

None mentioned on the label. But, a lot of salt.

Is this packaged in a glass or plastic bottle?

Ships in a glass bottle. Word of warning: the seal on the bottle was actually broken for me. So, it arrived in a small pool of vinegar.
