I've just hit my second trimester and know how important it is to try to keep moisturising to prevent stretch marks, so getting this is perfect. I've found the Mum & You brand to be really good for natural ingredients and effective products, so hold out high hopes for this!Pros:- It's too soon to tell whether it's preventing stretch marks, but I've been massaging it into key areas (thighs, bumcheeks, stomach and breasts) and my skin feels lovely and moisturised afterwards. I'm using their firming gel at night and this daily in the morning- Made up of a lovely mix of natural ingredients including grapeseed oil (to help prevent scarring and moisturise) and kahai oil (with vitamin E, F and retinol) to help reduce wrinkles and fine lines, and it also contains ingredients like coconut oil and cucumber seed oil- Smells lovely, although the cucumber is fairly dominating- Has a slight warming effect when you massage it into skin- Feels wonderful and thick, a little goes a long way and gel feels a lot nicer than other creams you can getCons:- Fairly pricey, but it's good quality and treats specific pregnancy issues (in this case, stretch marks)I think this is a great brand to invest in and get your pregnancy products from. The fact you don't need much of the gel is great, so even though you may think the jar is small for the price, there's a lot of product in there! It's also got a lovely design and a very smart name, and would make a wonderful gift for any expectant mother. If I don't end up being stretch mark free, I'll be sure to update my review!

My wife review:I was really happy with this product actually!First of all, the packaging is great.A very nice glass container and an undamaged box.The texture is smooth and glides on nicely. I absolutely love the gentle clean smell of my new Genius Cure creme for stretch marks and scars!!! I am currently pregnant and my skin has really given me a hard time this pregnancy. This creme is multi purpose!! I use it on my itchy dry skin because it is stretching for my growing baby and I love the very slight menthol smell and feel of the cream as it cold my skin. I also suffer from acne scarring on my face and it has effected me in many ways. I have purchased expensive products in an attempt to lighten or get rid of my facial scars. I have been using this cream 3 times a day and there is already a noticeable difference on; not only my face, but the stretch marks on my tummy, butt, and calves have lightened 2-3 pigment shades** I mean it's that much of a difference!!! I am sold!As far as the results, we’ll I’ve only been using for a few days but genuinely feel the area softer and more moisturized.I have high hopes it will be effective as I use it more.I have the ordinary extra-loving sort of stretch marks most girls have and although they’re not pregnancy scars, have been there for a while.This product has no scent, it just smells clean.Perfect I would say for sensitive skin and overall just feeling clean.

I ordered two different types of cellulite treatment at the same time, one lotion and the other gel (this one). I tried each one at the same time on opposites sides of my body to get a real-time comparison. For skin feel, absorbency, and texture on the initial use, the gel turned out to be the better of the two which I hadn't expected. As for overall effectiveness, it really is too early to tell. I can tell you my overall skin texture felt softer and smoother after using both and are equally as good as far as that side goes. Hydrating your skin is always good but the difference is in removing toxins that are often linked to the cellulite not directly attributed to having given birth. The fact is the skin is designed to stretch and I now wonder at the point of removing something nature intended simply because society dictates it looks unsightly. There's a difference between repair and visual correction, so I recommend it for the former not the latter.

I was keen to try this stretch mark gel as my daughter is now 19 months and my stretch marks are still pretty obvious on my stomach. Firstly the packaging is lovely and it looks pretty luxurious which is always nice. It’s a thick gel formula and smells to me similar to olive oil. You only need a small amount which goes a long way and takes a fair while to dry. Results wise I’m going to sound crazy, I’ve been using this for about 4 days now along with their Tummy Time gel and I feel like I can already see a difference! It may well just be me wishful thinking/ seeing what I want to see but I feel like there’s definitely been an improvement. I’m excited to keep trying them and hope they make a big difference over the next few months. I’ll try to update my review then to give a final verdict but for now I’m impressed!

I’ve purchased several stretch mark creams for my daughter so I was keen to see how this would compare as it’s more than double the price of what I’d be prepared to pay.It smells okay, I wouldn’t say it’s the nicest smell going, I prefer things to be more sweet in smell and it’s the opposite in that sense but I have no idea what the smell is, it’s not something I’ve smelt before. My daughter said it also feels like it takes a lot of product to cover bump, boobs and hips. She tries spreadI got it out as much as possible but it sinks in quite quickly and doesn’t spread that easily once it’s started to sink into her hands and the area that she initially started rubbing. Packaging is lovely though and she’s happy to continue using it but wouldn’t purchase it again due to the price.Hope you found my review helpful

After having two kids, the tummy felt a bit flabby with stretched skin.This stuff feels great on the skin, easy to apply and after a few minutes you can feel it getting tighter. I am quite sceptical about the claims these creams and gels make but in this case I feel like it’s true.Afterwards my skin felt lovely and smooth.
