Can anyone tell me how this works? Struggling to get a full 360 degree arc and no instructions included!

There is a little clip that you flick down near the prongs that allow you to change the radius.

Are there any more instructions for this item? I just got it and not sure how to set it up…

The best way to understand out how it works is to plug in the water supply, and play with the bits. Basically there are 2 modes 1/ straight round and round , for this the wire flipper should be up. You will note there are 2 types of spray in round and round ... wide , and (slightly) less wide. Click the horizontal switch to choose which you want 2/ Round one way, then back. This is controlled by the wire flipper being down, and hitting the 360 degree constraints. When it hits the constraint it changes over to the other spray mode.

Is this supposed to rotate 360 please

absolutely... basically it can either be controlled to do any arc... say 180 for instance. It then goes back and forth do 180. But if you flick the control arm up it just goes round and round. (you can choose for it to 360 with a wide circle, or a slightly less wide circle. This is the best (and covers the largest area) sprinkler on the market. I have 2 and can do the whole tennis court with one at each end
