This is literally the best investment a home baker could make. It is very heavy weight & solid & the top work surface is SO nice to have! Many of the cheaper carts don’t have a top work surface so this is worth the slightly higher price - especially if you have a small kitchen. It’s extremely high quality & I use it every day. I would give it 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

I love this cart and wish I had thought of getting one sooner to accommodate my Christmas baking. Now I put trays of cookies on the cart rather than all over my kitchen. It was very easy to assemble and looks sufficiently sturdy (I am only using it for baked goods which are not very heavy). NOTE: there are no locks on the wheels (for me not an issue) but if you need wheels with a lock, this is not it. I also got a cover for the cart to keep my baking dust free. When Christmas is over, I will disassemble and store in my basement. The price was the best I saw on amazon and other sites too.

wish i had gotten this years ago every xmas i make lots of cookies last year i made 1955 cookies in 37 hours this year i had places to put the trays no back log made 2200 in 20 hours now i need a second oven to keep up with the trays now i have taken it apart till i do another big bake 5 min to put together and take apart so it is ready to go when needed
