Built to handle extreme weight loads!
This is much more solid than what I would have purchased at a local hardware store. It can easily handle the weight that I plan to use it for. The dollies that I purchased for it all right perfect fit and operate very smoothly with no restrictions.Competitive price, shipped very quickly, and great packaging.

Its sturdy, its metal, its channel
Well, this 12 gauge strut is made of metal and it has slots in the back of it so you can bolt it to stuff until your hearts content. I'm using it to mount a trolly that holds a gambrel for hoisting deer. I suppose you could also use it to mount a trolly and winch above the ol bed and you and the missus can get up to other reindeer games. To each there own.

Buy the original
Don’t fall for the cheap knockoffs. This is the real deal. It works, it fits, it is effective. Buy cheap buy twice.

Used for jeep hardtop hoist.
Works great for mounting a hoist on the ceiling.

Heavy Duty
I am using this to hang a hoist from rafters and it is way more heavy duty than I was expecting. It is difficult to rate this as a good value or not - It was around $34 which seems a little pricey but it will more than do the job, so in the end I don't have to worry about it failing so I would say it's a pretty good value.

Very sturdy...
Going to use this for my overhead garage hoist. It is heavy-duty and I am confident it will work perfectly for what I need.

Kind of expensive
I suspect that this would be cheaper if I didn't have to have it shipped to me. It is quite heavy. I bought several so that I could use them on my shop tool rollers as demonstrated by John McLaughlin's Man in Shed video a while back. It is very sturdy and heavy, so it is probably overkill for that job. But it did work! My equipment is much easier to move now.
