Very comfortable !!!
From the photos, I thought it was going to be an elastic material like the kind used for joint braces, but pleasantly surprised to find it to be ~1/4" neoprene (Lycra-like covered foam). Very nice, neat stitchwork. It fits the magazines for my Glock 26 well. A little pricey for what it is, but seems to be a keeper. Yet to see on the durability as I just received it. I going to try to protect the velcro from wear by slipping over my foot, but that may stretch the material. We'll see I guess.

Fits fine, does the job.
I'm 6'4" 220lbs. This fits around my ankle with inches to spare. I am, of course, not trying to wrap it on the outside of a boot top and then complain, so it fits me just fine. It holds FOUR keltec 380 mags, two in each pocket, side by side, not stacked on one another so it wraps just fine. I haven't a single complaint. Comfortable, too well built for the price, and shipped extra fast.

Alternate way to keep spare magazines out of your pocket
Good quality ankle rig. Holds the magazines securely with hook and loop closure. Light weight and a great option to carry spare magazines rather than pocket or belt carry!

Good ankle magazine holster.
I think this ankle mag holster is pretty nice and is a thick neoprene. Unlike other reviews I think the inside of the holster could use a little more padding, probably because I'm skinny and have 2 glock 26 double stack mags in mine. The g 26 mags when pushed all the way in stick about an eighth inch out. They are pretty tight and cause the inside of the holster to bulge out pretty good, but because they are tight I don't need to use the retaining straps and can pull them out about a half inch so I can grab them easily. I put another layer of thick neoprene on the inside of the holster behind the magazines and now it feels great, would recommend this product and company, fast shipping.

Great Design Well Constructed!
I wear ankle high Lowa "Zephyr" it's a little tight at that height because there is not enough length to allow proper fitting,I like the design and the stitching is done very well in a heavy thread Z shape lock stitch, the neoprene is thick and fairly comfortable except when the temperature is hotter than 80 degrees then I notice sweating around this area. I gave it only four stars because of the shortness of it's length all in all it's all doable after a while you forget you are wearing it.

A nice companion to the De Santis ankle holster
This ankle pouch carries two 7-round mags for my .45 Auto S&W Shield. The size and fit are perfect for these mags. Can’t say for certain what else works because I haven’t tried anything else but it looks like 9 mm and .40 S&W would fit just as well.Easy on, easy off and very comfortable. Retention is excellent.

Really small mag pouches
I will say that this product is comfortable to wear and seems to work well for it's intended purpose. Although ... the pouches are thin, and tight. While I do realize the tight fit from the neoprene does help with retention, they're really tight. Carrying a Glock 26 mag is about the stretch for this product. You can carry a G19 mag, but it sticks so far up that the velcro strap can barely latch. Same for the average sized folding blade. Again, IMHO while it does work ... this is better regulated for subcompact single-stack mags and smaller/thin folders.

very comfortable
I ordered this so I could have the option of carrying additional magazines for my pocket-carry pistol. The first thing I noticed is that it's a lot thicker than I expected. I was afraid that might cause issues with concealability, but so far, there don't appear to be. The added thickness actually seems to lend a great deal of comfort to it. As of right now, I'm wearing it without a sock underneath, and I have no complaints about how it feels.I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could, just because I think it's slightly overpriced. Considering what else is on the market, though, I think it's worth the extra couple bucks.
