Brilliant and soft as a kitten
Absolutely perfect especially if you suffer from migraine- so comfy and really does block out the light

Easy to use and works well
Easy to heat up and unlike many other items like this doesn’t smell when heated - I suffer from headaches on one side and this is perfect to use on the affected side without having to cover my whole head.

Just not good enough
I really wanted to love this product but it just doesn't quite live up to my expectations. I love the soft feel and the size and the velcro closure so it stays on your head. However, it just doesn't hold it's heat! It comes out of the microwave and I would put it straight on, but feel it's cold within 5-10 minutes. On top of this, based on the recommended heating times, I don't feel it gets hot enough in the first place, but don't want to over heat it incase the contents "burn" as has happened to me with wheatbags in the past. I really really wanted to be wowed by this, but it just didn't do it for me - especially for the price!!

Our second order from Huagroo, both now have a hole in them
We have bought 2 Hugaroo's and both now have a hole in them. It seems as though they've melted and the beads inside now come out. The products are great, they're just not durable and therefore not worth buying.

A little disappointing
The thickness is perfect and it's very comfortable to wear.. just a shame it's not to warm to be effective..

Brilliant product for 3 months…
The product worked really well for the first 3 months. Unfortunately, despite following the instructions and heating it in the exact same way, it developed a hole and all the beads fell out.

The best reliever for my migraines
Been on the hunt for a heat pad that will comfortably sit on my head to allow me to continue with whatever I’m doing whilst I have a migraine.All the others on the market that actually sit on your head are based on gel pouches which invariably explode in the microwave.This was my saving grace, easy to use and soft and retains the heat for a fair while.I got the unscented one because I’m not a fan of lavender and really appreciate that that option was available especially because this is worn around my eyes so won’t cause any irritation from the lavender scent.Definitely recommend
