Firstly, I don’t normally write reviews but I have to because after a good few weeks of using this I’m in love! My Daughter used some & really liked it, so I bought one for her too. I’m in my thirties, I find it brilliant for my combination sensitive skin and eyes, I have a couple of fine lines too. Value • Quality • Experience I love the smell of this cleanser balm, it’s not over powering for my sensitive skin and very sensitive eyes. NO eyes tearing up for me! The jar 🫙 is going to last me ages (months) as you don’t need much product, it goes a looooong way. The scent is luxurious; deep rich notes of natural oils and minerals (no artificial smell) to restore my tired skin. Every time I use this it feels like I’m being pampered, a facial every day. The colour 😍 is divine (apricot!) and the balm stays firm until you smooth it on your skin, then becomes easily pliable the warmer it gets - the consistency is something between an oil and serum, a balm!! When warm the consistency feels oily with a fine salt to gently exfoliate your skin. The perfect consistency for me. Removal is very simple too ⤵️ My routine: -I use it both as a cleanser balm to remove makeup and to just simply cleanse my skin. 🫧 💧 🫧 💧 🫧 💧 🫧 💧 🫧 💧 🫧 💧 🫧 -To remove the cleansing balm, I personally use micellar water with pads or water with a cloth. Sometimes I also (as I don’t want to dry out my skin) occasionally use my favourite toner. I like to double cleanse, especially as a makeup wearer. I then use a Vit C serum & facial moisturiser. - 💄💋 Now My skin is flawless and beautifully exfoliated (without a mess!) before applying my makeup, my complexion is dewy, plump & youthful. Summary: I’ve tried so many products (over the years & wasted a lot of money!) only to find that my skin reacts badly with the product. Also, my sensitive eyes tear up, so previously tested products ended up in the bin! But this beautiful new discovery is a keeper 😍 It’s food for my face, leaving my skin dewy and youthful (even without makeup) my complexion has improved massively. I really love my UPCIRCLE cleansing balm, if I had to pick fault (I’m being picky here) UPCIRCLE please include a beauty scoop/scraper/spoon for hygiene. I've been using this for a while now and wanted to have at least 19 weeks use before I commented ..I'm a Holistic skincare coach so I know it's taken a while for you to really know if a product is beneficial or not .This product absolutely awesome .Mosre so if you have mature or dry skin .This product cleanses without drying or compromising the As a Holistic Skincare Coach, I always take my time to evaluate a product thoroughly before forming an opinion. After using this for over 19 weeks, I can confidently say that this product is absolutely incredible—especially for those with mature or dry skin. What sets it apart is its ability to cleanse effectively without drying out the skin or compromising the skin barrier. This is such an important quality, particularly for aging or sensitive skin types. I've even recommended it to my older clients, and their feedback has been just as positive as my own. If you're looking for a gentle yet effective cleanser that truly supports your skin's health, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

This does the job of removing make up, I love almost everything about it. The smell is great, I like what the brand stands for. My only neggy is just how thick the product is, it feels like spreading wax over my face and then trying to remove the left over grease isn't easy. Need to follow with another cleanser. Not sure if I would repurchase just based on this.

Great value for money . This is a face balm that is designed to be used as a make up remover and as first steps in your facial routine . It comes in a frosted glass jar that is full to the brim , which is rare in cosmetics, and an aluminium screw top lid so easy to open . The balm has a lovely fragrance which smells slightly of honey to me but I assume this could be a mix of the apricots and other ingredients giving it this smell. Directions are to put a small amount into the palm of hands and massage into face in upward circular motions . This instantly works at picking up the make up etc from the surface of your face to then be wiped off using a warm damp face cloth . I’ve used a oil based cleansing milk before ( 5 times more expensive might I add!)and this does take a bit of getting used to as we’ve become so accustomed to soap based products. The sustainable credentials are brilliant along with the vegan , cruelty free points .

Waxy Texture and Citronella Scent Make This Cleanser a Miss I’m not sure how this is marketed as a full-face cleanser—it’s incredibly waxy and almost impossible to remove without tugging at the skin. While it does a great job at breaking down eye makeup, the residue it leaves behind is stubborn and can feel uncomfortable to remove. The scent is also off-putting. It reminds me of citronella, which gives it a bug spray vibe—not exactly what I want lingering on my skin. Overall, it’s not a product I’d recommend, especially if you’re looking for something gentle and easy to rinse off

I’m really impressed with this little find and so happy I bought it! My skin type is combination but prone to breakouts around my chin area, so I was a little skeptical at first but I’m so glad I took the chance. Ive been using this organic cleansing balm every night for almost a month now, and I haven’t had a single breakout! A little goes a long way, so it’s great value too. I massage it gently into my skin and wipe it off with a microfiber cloth it leaves my face feeling soft, clean, and youthful, with no residue or greasy film like some other organic products I’ve tried. A total game changer for my skincare routine highly recommend!

I love this balm, it moisturizes and gets rid of blackheads. I use only at night, and I wash my face first with soap to get rid of any makeup. When I apply, I massage it in for a few minutes and leave it on my face for a little while. Then I gently wipe off with warm water on a cloth. I had never heard of using oil to manage blackheads until recently and am so pleased with the results. Absolutely love this product. I would not use in the morning or under makeup, but it makes a wonderful addition for an evening regimen.

Je ne sais pas ce que c’est. Ça nettoie rien du tout. Un truc gras qui s’étale sur le visage et impossible de l’enlever, obligé de prendre du savon pour s’en libérer

I love the smell. It makes my face feel so soft after even if I don't put on moisturizer and I have extremely dry skin. No breakouts from this. Very happy even though it is more than I would normally spend.

You need another soap to wash this off, so it's kind of wasteful. It also smells like a citronella mosquito candle which.. you can get used to, I suppose. I won't buy it again mostly because you can't wash it off. It's gooey like glue.
