Great Holster
As with the majority of the rest of the reviews, I found that this holster was extremely comfortable. There have only been two downsides:1. The Price The price was a little high for what is mostly synthetic material. The holster itself is leather, but the leg wrap is neoprene with lamb wool. However, the synthetic is what makes it so comfortable. It is worth the price if you can't carry IWB.2. The holster seems to want to slide down, mostly because it is around a sock. I will be purchasing the calf strap accessory.I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an ankle holster for the PPK. Be sure to order the calf strap as well.

Great fit and comfy.
Great fit for my Walter ppk. Comfortable to wear all day. Took a minimum amount of flexing to get full contact so the thumb tab would snap. The only reason it’s only 4 stars is because the stitching holding the Velcro in place was broken and it had a 2-1/2 inch separation. Fortunately it was in an easy place to stitch back together. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Don’t cheap out, this is the answer
While I typically carry a medium or duty size sidearm 5-o’clock casually, business professional attire eliminates that as an option for conceal carry, leaving ankle carry as the only viable alternative to body carry for guys. After a lot of research into ankle carrying I realized that cheaping out with a nylon subpar ankle holster was not the right answer for wearing it 10 hours straight and decided to go with the noticeably more expensive but more comfortable option instead. Without a doubt this was the right move; the Galco ankle holster is very comfortable and very secure. No real breaking in period for the leather needed as the PPK fit like a glove. Tapered pants/jeans will not work well as an obvious bulge will protrude at your lower calf /ankle, but simple normal slacks and boot cut jeans work great to entirely hide the setup. If you decide this is an option for you, I strongly *strongly* recommend the calf strap sold separately. This additional device secured the galco holster more securely to the leg, using your calf muscle to anchor it. Without the strap the holster is held in place by compression only, will sag throughout the day, and will wiggle slightly. After two days of ankle carrying without the calf strap I bought it and will never ankle carry without it again. There are some complaints about the calf strap being uncomfortable. I found a solution to this problem was to take an old ankle length sock, cut the front off, and use that as a cushion under the calf strap. Another option could be to create your own calf strap that is inherently more comfortable than Galco’s. Either way, I recommend having some setup that hold the ankle holster in place.Ultimately this isn’t my ideal carry method, but with an alternative of carrying nothing, I love how well this galco holster works with slacks and jeans to enable me to be quietly/privately armed when a dress shirt must be tucked.

good, but fit is questionable
I guess i'm not the only one thats had problems with pistol not fitting correctly. will have to look into breaking it in videos. other wise seems to be quality made. i have one for my glock 27, very comfortable to wear.

YOU MAY FORGET TO TAKE IT OFF AT BEDTIME
Like many handgun owners I have way too many holsters, acquired in the search for the Holy Grail. Many were never used, some set aside for something hopefully better. Among them are two ankle holsters that never worked right. Mostly they were never secure enough and had a bad habit of sliding down to my shoe tops. They were also uncomfortable and at times downright painful. On impulse I ordered this Galco based on the unusually good reviews. This morning I tried it out for the time with my Walther PPK, compact, but not exactly the smallest and lightest .380. Hello Holy Grail! Let me say it simply: I am totally unaware that I am carrying a pistol on my ankle except for a snug feeling like a pair of winter socks. The holster is extremely comfortable. It has not moved at all (I ordered the extra calf strap but haven't gotten it yet and may not need it). I actually ran a bit while walking the dog and again was pretty unaware of my ankle rig. This is one fine product. You don't always get what you pay for but here you absolutely do.

Great Buy
I bought this because I needed a way to conceal my PPK. Belly Bands and side holsters did not do the trick. Even though I am on the fatter side, it still stuck out like a sore thumb. With that said, I wanted to see how the ankle holster would perform. Let me just say I am not disappointed. I wear jeans everywhere! Work, home, personal stuff...whatever the case may be, I have jeans on. This holster conceals my PPK great...you don't eve know its there. I can drive with it...I can go on long walks if I wanted to. It does not get in the way at all! Plus, the lambskin backing makes it so comfortable you forget its there!Anyone who is allot like me, and you are tired of your gun digging into your side....or your fat rolls hang over your gun....get this ankle holster...you will see such a difference you will actually want to carry your gun from now on!

Great right out of the box.
This holster is made of quality leather, it fits snug but not to tight to draw the weapon of course an absolute must. I had read reviews that stated there might be an issue with that but it wasn't at all for me. I carry a Walther PPK/S by the way. This holster has a lambskin inside that fits against the inside of the leg with a quality velcro fastening wrap. It could not be more comfortable! Wore it 4 hours the first day and within 30 minutes I didn't even notice it. I highly recommend if your carrying a Walther and your going to carry all day which I do.
