Good fit
This is one of the best fitting harnesses I’ve had for my dog. He’s an awkward size ans shape, being a mixed breed. It was so easy to adjust the chest strap. I’m very pleased with this. I have a reactive dog, so there is a good sized handle to grip when gets excited. It is more comfortable for my dog when pulls after seeing cats, squirrels, etc. I would buy this again. The only weak point is the chump on the other end of the lead.

Great harness, but my dog chewed on the button
My dog returned from a day care with a chewed on button on the harness. Simply because he can reach it. My dog likes licking, especially metal objects before he falls asleep. So it was just a matter of time. it's the only downside. Yet, I can continue to use the harness, the plastic lock is quite secure. I use this harness for pull running and for lazy walks too. I recommend this harness for pull running. Good distribution of weight on the chest, not shoulders/throat. which is how it should be. Even with the chewed button, I can use it. I wash it in a washing machine. But I put a velcro strap instead. Maybe if the company changed the button to a velcro strap or something similar it would be great.

Great quality harness for an active dog!
Fantastic quality harness for a great price! We ordered the medium size for our little 4 month old cocker spaniel, Cindy. When the strap on the harness is adjusted to the smallest size, it fits her perfectly. The adjustable strap itself is fantastic! It allows the harness to fit perfectly when worn on its own, or over bulkier fleeces and coats when it’s slightly chillier outside. The harness itself is very sturdy, and of a good quality. It can easily withstand Cindy chewing at it when she plays, and pulling it when she’s running around on her walks. The inside of the harness has nice soft thick padding, which is comfortable and gentle on the dog’s back. The handle makes it easy to catch Cindy when she runs away, or to help lift her up. The harness also goes on over the head, so it’s easy to put on and take off quickly and without fuss, especially if, like ours, your dog doesn’t like to be “dressed”.Cindy also walks much better when wearing this harness, in comparison to when she is wearing a collar alone. The harness doesn’t put any strain on her neck or back when she pulls on her lead, and she also shows no signs of discomfort when going out on a longer walk.

Dogs love them
Only use these harnesses, they give the dogs so much more movement when off the lead to run. They do not rub or chaff the dog.You do have to make sure you adjust them to a snug fit as if too loose dog can pull back and slip out of it.But having said that. It only ever happened once at the vets (it was my mistake)been using these now on two dogs, One for 5 years and the other for 1 year and still very happy with them.I walk the dogs every day in rain/snow/Sun these are really excellent quality and very durable, may seem expensive compared to other harnesses, but worth it.

Nice harness
We got the small size when we got our puppy who quickly outgrown it as the adjustable strap was at its largest so decided to buy the medium, when that arrived we had to make the adjustable strap halfway. He had now outgrown the medium so we might try the xl as there seems to be an over lap with the sizes (this isnt a negative as it gives you the option)Our pup walks better on a slip lead than he does with this harness and he get very yawny when we put the harness on which im led to believe is a sign of stress so im unsure if it was to tight around his chest.Because of this he now only uses the harness when hes in the car. Hes a dobermann and does have a very deep chest so im thinking it may not have been uncomfortable for him as the chest strap is non adjusterble will try the lx and see if its looser, also this harness goes right under the arm pits and once set to max the plastic bits sit right under the pits hense skipping a size. Just somthing to consider if you have a deep chested dog.

Great quality
Great quality harness. It looks expensive. People have commented how sturdy and well made it looks. When I first used it my dog Margo kept getting out of it. The problem was not the harness but the fact that it needed tightening which the groomers did for me. Had no problem since then. Good control over the dog with this on. Seems comfortable as she doesnt seem to mind having it put on. The press stud can be a little tricky, it has to be positioned just right. Ignore the bump on top in the second picture, I had a flower decoration attached. Pics of Margo with her winter coat and summer coat.

Absolutely love these harnesses
Absolutely love these harnesses. The sizing is not "normal" though. My small 18kg collie uses the large harness (She's normally medium for everything) and my big 30kg collie is XL. The XL is a great deal bigger and I have to have it on the tightest setting to fit him.But they are great hard wearing harness. I regularly put them through the a cold wash with no problems.I brought them for use at Flyball, but ended up using them for everyday use as they are great.Very impressed

Great build quality and comfort
One of two Hunter products I've bought this week, and the common themes are luxury and beautiful build quality. This harness has lovely soft, thick padding on the inside and feels very solidly put together, with good stitching and a nice thick hoop for the lead. Went for the XL which fits our greyhound-lurcher fine, albeit on the tightest setting on the adjustable strap (not an ounce of fat or thick fur on this boy!). The size of the neck hole is perfect and would likely also fit similarly height/length dogs e.g. alsatian, retriever. Our boy seems to like it too, doesn't fuss about having it removed as soon as we get home as he did with the canny collar.
