Buy Them From The Good Fish Site, Not Amazon
I bought a box of these direct from the Good Fish website and they were great! Crispy and tasty. I wanted more, so I bought them from Amazon to get them faster (via Prime). They were all STALE. Every bag. They had the texture and taste of day old popcorn. Buy them direct from the Good Fish website, not Amazon. These were obviously boxes that had been sitting in a Amazon warehouse for a very long time and/or stored in the wrong environmental conditions, or both.

Taste horrible - no customer service
I eat very healthy, and was excited to try these out. The macronutrients looked fantastic and I'm a huge fan of salmon. Let's just say they were uneditable in my opinion (and I eat a lot of weird stuff). Flavor was so bad I thought there was something wrong with them. I waited a couple days to try a different bag and put it on a salad to lessen the blow... nope! Had to throw the entire salad away. When I tried to reach out to the company since I bought an entire box to see if they could help me out at all, they never got back with me. I tried directly as well as through a couple social media platforms. No service.Great idea with horrible execution and no service.

Can be improved on- a little too fishy
I have eaten fish skin crisps for many years as they have been popular in Asia for many years now. Usually we have them as an appetizer in nicer restaurants but as they are getting more and more popular you can get them in pack form. I was really excited upon seeing these as they are made with salmon skin that is traceable and the list of ingredients is few. Usually the fish skin chips from asia are dubious in origin at best and can be laden with too many seasonings which I don't particularly care for. These chips are really thin which I like but the fishy taste is a bit strong IMO. Ironically I felt they could be more flavorful but then I haven't tried the other offerings from the same brand. My kids didn't like them but I like the amount of protein in it. One tiny thing to note is that the packaging it came in seemed quite thin as compared to other regular chips packaging- not sure if it will rip/get holes easily but its something to take note of especially when it costs a pretty penny.

Great Keto Friendly Healthy Snack/Side
Love the taste. Quality MINIMAL ingredients. Not too salty. Keto friendly.Only minor drawback is you're hit with a VERY fishy smell when you open a bag.A bit pricey, too.

Ehhh..
The flavor is there and they are perfectly salty. The texture is where it looses big points with me. They definitely have this super dry, bubbly, stuck in your throat like texture. Akin to puffy pork skins. There’s also like six chips in the bag, which is fine because they are so dry and hard to swallow which makes it less enjoyable to eat. I wouldn’t buy this again.

Not worth the cost.
It's fine, but not worth the money. DO NOT BUY IF YOU DO NOT LIKE FISH TASTE. These are low in carbs but they're not a potato chip replacement. The amount you get in 8 bags is not worth the 25 dollar cost. They taste like Calbee Shrimp Crackers which are like two dollars a massive bag. Honestly just a disappointment in value for money of anything.

Too much and not enough
I bought a case of Good Fish because I really like the taste of salmon so I figured these might just be the snack I need right now. The box arrived in good shape, nice foil packaging and then I opened a bag. Ugh, I got my nostrils assaulted by three day old fish small that was over powering. So I sucked it up and tried a salmon skin with salt chip. It smelled like salmon, maybe not the best salmon but salmon none the less. The texture we similar to limp parchment and the chip dissolved into a limp blob in my mouth. Further ugh. It only took one and I was finished with the concept of salmon skin chips. Dunno maybe its an acquired taste but this box of chips are now cat treats....

I was expecting more flavor but they're okay.
I wanted to get more fish into my diet for the omega-3 fatty acids to help my brain. Good Fish seemed like a decent idea, so I bought a set of bags. The texture is okay but they sort of build up and get hard to swallow after a while. They taste like a fish that has been completely dehydrated and then slightly salted. Not really fishy flavor, more like some kind of cellulose packing material. I'm honestly not sure how I want them to taste, but they're not an ordeal food that I have to choke down in disgust. They're inoffensive.
