I've ordered from Fresh2yourdoor in the past, each time getting nothing but pure delicious Cold Smoked Salmon. Thinly sliced and ready for whatever occasion or application you wish to enjoy this wonderful mildly flavored Salmon. Whether with a Bagel and Cream Cheese, or Caviar and crackers, this Salmon is simply the best. Open the package and it's an entire filet, already pre-sliced, thinly. No bones, no skin. Nothing but meat. Nothing you wouldn't want to put in your mouth other than pure pleasure. I've bought Lox from all across the world, Scotland, Alaska, anywhere I could fine it. I promise, you won't find any better than Fresh2yourdoor. 10 Stars if I could give it.

I didn't know what to expect after receiving my first time ever order from fresh2yourdoor, however I was impressed with the care in packaging which consisted of a styrofoam casing sealed with tape and placed inside a sealed carton, inside the styrofoam was the hermetically sealed 2.4lb frozen salmon which was placed inside a silver bag which I suspect was for maintaining the temperature and for added protection inside the styrofoam casing were (5) packages of dry ice.Wasting no time with preparation the smoked Salmon needed only to be placed in my oven for thawing and warming only and was ready for consumption within 45 minutes.As reminder the Smoked Salmon is delivered to your door fully prepared and as stated by the company; can remain in its original hermetically sealed packaging for apprx (1) year.I enjoyed it so much I immediately ordered 10lbs of (4) unprepared whole Salmon Fillets that I wish to prepare myself.Dinner is always served with Fresh2YourDoor!

Very flavorful. The only better cured cold smoked salmon I have had is my own. Because of where I live; my time to cold smoke salmon is limited. I can make mine for less cost; but when I get the craving, this is my go to product.After the package is opened, it has the best flavor if consumed in the first week or two. If it is kept cold in the refrigerator, it can still be tasty for another few weeks. Just make sure it is kept in an air tight container. If you freeze it, it will keep for weeks and weeks. Just be sure to prevent freezer burn.
