Q: I'm a 33 waist. Would that be a medium or large?

I found Gore sizing table pretty correct to advertised measurements. I'm usually wearing XL in bottoms of brands like Adidas/Under Armour/Reebok and Gore C5 XXL fit me well.

Q: How do these (c5) differ from the c3’s? are they longer inseam? higher waist?

Not really sure. What I do know is that they’re my favorite hands down. Nothing by Gore disappoints.
