Great daily vitamin for women!
This is my go to one-a-day to ensure I’m getting all of the essential vitamins I need. There aren’t a bunch of additional ingredients and it helps keep my immune system healthy. It’s been a great quality multivitamin and helps me maintain my energy level. The size of the capsule is probably medium to large, but I don’t feel like it’s hard to swallow at all.

I’ve been using these multivitamins daily and I’m really happy with them. The bottle lasts a long time and the tablets are easy to swallow with no weird aftertaste. I’ve noticed a boost in overall energy and wellness, especially on busy days when I don’t always eat perfectly. It’s nice knowing I’m getting a good nutritional foundation to support my health. Definitely a great value for the quality and quantity. Would recommend for anyone looking to round out their daily nutrition!

Not appropriate for those with MTHFR deficiency
I've been buying these Nature Made Multivitamin For Her for many years, on the basis of Nature Made's good reputation. Unfortunately, I've recently found out they are the very reason I feel so sick and weak all the time! They contain lots and lots of B12 and Folate, but outside of Nature Made's own website, nothing in the descriptions online says it's not methylated. Why any reputable vitamin company would continue to use non-methylated formulas, when MTHFR gene mutation is so common, I don't know. But I'm never buying them again. It's just more garbage for my overworked kidneys to flush out.
