FunkoElf - Snowball Showdown Card Game, Multicolour

I got this as a White Elephant gift for our family gift exchange and the recipient was a 12 year old boy, who loves the Elf movie and was thrilled with it. The cards are well made and the game was fun for us all. Cards were larger than expected, but that was a good thing. Good quality.

Such a fun little game for our family! We're big board and card game players, so this is helping our 5 year old fall in love with them too! The rules can be tricky at times, but it's super fun.

Our children are 7 and 3, thought this game would be fun and easy to learn based on the description. However, there are WAY too many rules and directions to remember for young kids, husband and I ended up turning it into a game of "Uno" because it was easier.

This game was a little difficult for my family to figure out at first. I had to step in and read directions play by play. Took a few rounds but we got it. It was fun once we got the dice rolling and the snowballs throwing. We did buy some real indoor soft snowballs to really throw at each other. That made it a little more exciting. We ranged from 8-59 in age and we played with 6 players.

Purchase this game because of the reviews, very high positive reviews, and the price for five dollars was amazing, after receiving and playing. This is our favorite game. We play it all the time highly recommend.

My 9 year old loves playing it! We had a lot of fun playing this game. It is super easy to learn.

Got it as a gift for my sister in law and bought myself one the next day. It brought out the competitive streak in my family. Simple premise, on your turn you pick a person to attack and put down one or more of the same suit. They roll the dice to deflect or pick up cards. If they can match the number it’s a tie, if they can exceed the number you threw then you take the hit yourself. If it’s deflected the next person rolls and tries to defend. 3 hits and you’re out of the game but on your turn get to give someone still playing a cars. On more than one occasion someone hit themselves when it was deflected all the way back to them. Or the odd time someone didn’t make it through the first go around the table and was already out of the game. There was a lot of colourful language and poor sportsmanship but a ton of laughs too. .
