Wow I was impressed with this toner.
Never realised how much dirt was left on my face after cleansing until I used this toner afterwards. I always bought expensive brands - la mer, Dior, etc. tried this on a whim. Great price, non perfumed, does not irritate. Leaves skin feeling clean, smooth and hydrated.

Bought some new cleansers ( not elf ) to try double cleansing ( new to this ) thought it was doing a great job until started using this elf toner and saw how much make up was staying on my skin even after cleansing twice !! Many toners sting especially around my eyes but not with this . No tightness after using . Love it . Will be re buying

Best toner I’ve ever tried
I really enjoyed this toner. It was super hydrating helped shrink my pores and helped with my blackheads. It felt super soothing on the skin. Would definitely recommend. I will 100% repurchase this. 😁😍

Great toner
It's gentle yet, cleans any excess makeup or debris really well. I love the smell of the witchhazel.
