I spent well over £2,000 on my bean-to-cup coffee machine (I'm too lazy for the full on Barista experience), so skimping on the cheap cleaning tablets just didn’t make sense despite what some unnamed brands might promise..... and yes, I did try many in the early days and the results are night and day compared to these ones.... These Siemens cleaning tablets are superb. Yes, they’re pricier than the generic ones, but there’s a noticeable difference in performance and peace of mind. They dissolve cleanly, handle the build-up inside my machine far better than the budget tablets I tried, and there’s no lingering nasty residue or smell afterwards. After spending so much on the machine itself, it’s reassuring to use a product that actually does the job properly rather than cutting corners. My only gripe is the ever so slightly differing version numbers (TZ8.......). I spent almost 2 hours going down internet rabbit holes trying to see why A was different B and C etc..... My conclusion was that they were all the similar. If you value the longevity and performance of your coffee machine (and you paid a lot for it like me), these are worth every penny. Highly recommended. 5★

Goes without saying, don't buy anything other than these. The tablets dissolve so quick and work fantastic.

They do what they are supposed to.

The 2-in-1 thing though. It's not exactly in line with the manual's instructions to use a tablet and descaling sachet separately. If you can wrap your head around that, this works okay. Can't speak for long term use.
