Carlsons fish oil has one of the best concentrations of EPA/DHA for the price, and those are the two key components one wants in fish oil. Other cheaper fish oils won't "hurt" you, but you would have to take massive amounts of many of them to really get the desired benefits. We have been taking these for years; no fishy breath or burps.

High quality at an affordable price. Have used Metagenics brand for years and decided to give this a try. Batches are tested for purity. Doesn't cause any "fish burps". i'm a big fan and use several different Carlson brand products.
