Works like a dream but does not take 18 minuets, my paella is an hour from start to finish and this rice takes the same time as long grain that I used to use, mind you I do not worry as it is a pleasure to cook it and this rice makes it taste much better.

Pessimo per per la preparazione della paella ottimo per purè di riso
Pensavo fosse un riso caratterizzato da un'ottima resistenza alla cottura, proprietà richiesta per la preparazione della paella. Considerando il costo, più di 12€ al kg e la produzione spagnola, fosse di ottima qualità e specifico per la paella, incece si è completamente squagliato nella preparazione diventando una poltiglia. Ha rovinato un piatto per il quale ho speso una cifra importante in condimenti per non parlare del tempo e della fatica per la preparazione. Ho preparato questo piatto per 8 persone saporito per via degli ingredienti di prima qualità, ma non era sicuramente una paella. Ho messo una stella solo per la solita serietà per la consegna offerta da Amazon a questo riso do un voto meno infinito.
