FINISIso Paddles Large

Finis ISO paddles are right on the boundary of innovation in the swimming industry. They are contoured especially so that the user doesn't require anything more than just their hand to use the paddle (no straps.) They aren't designed to be strength building paddles but rather aiming right at the higher end of the market, and working almost solely on technique. The variance when swimming encourages you to pay increased attention to hand position in the water, keeping it level and consistent throughout the catch and pull of each stroke.

I purchased these to improve my technique in the water. I've only used them in one training session so far but I have noticed a difference.I like the solid feel and the ease of putting them on is welcomed. It does or can get confusing how to put them on but the dots do help.I mentioned that I liked the solid build but this is also a drawback as over time you'll find that your fingers may become sore so take care and don't go too crazy.

I got these out of curiosity but have become firm favourites. They are good for stroke correction and awareness and require more active engagement with the stroke than the usual variants on dustbin lids.

Very clever piece of kit, use it (yellow paddle on left hand black paddle on right hand) to work one set of muscles then switch them round to work another set. They fall off if you aren't using the correct technique so they encourage you to swim properly)

Absolutely a must for competive swimmers, the variation of use makes them suitable for all four competive strokes. Feed back from swimmers is nice feel, feel the difference on different strokes, easy to use and comfortable.

Hi these do as they say - and you can tell the difference when you swap hands. Great for having that extra guidance when training.
