Fruit Infuser Water Bottles - Infusion Water Bottle by Savvy Outdoors in 24 oz, Pink

This bottle goes everywhere with me. I know it's important to drink more water and use this bottle to infuse my lemon in. I also have placed parsley in it. If you like cold tea, you can put cold water in it and then place a tea bag in the infuser. You'll have iced tea in no time. I love this bottle and I recommend it, however please see my photo. The only ingredients I have placed in the infuser have been lemon, parsley and cucumber. The infuser insert has turned a funky finish. It is no longer clear. It looks a little suspicious so I am going to discard it. I've scrubbed and scrubbed it, so I think the plastic may be compromised. I'm not sure if lemon can do that. It hasn't affected the bottle itself, so I'm a bit confused as to what happened. I don't have a dishwasher, so it's not that. I hand wash it with a bottle brush. Just wanted to let everyone about this.

I was really excited about receiving this product and actually purchased two, one for myself and one for my boyfriend. Though I haven’t been able to use it yet, I wanted to write a review based on what I see so far:-the infuser center core is very off centered and there are already small cracks in the ones I purchased-be careful not to push the infused core too deep or it will get stuck inside the bottle (we had to use pliers to get it out-the product to me does feel like cheap plastic. If you drop it a few times you’re definitely bound to put a whole in it.I will update my review once we’ve tested them out.Update:Unfortunately I’ve had to downgrade the bottle from a 3 to a 2 star. Throughout the day the infuser core continues to fall to the bottom of the bottle which is very annoying.Last update:Unexpectedly the seller contacted me and discussed the issues with the two bottles I purchased. The seller was very willing to fix the problem which she did. I received two replacement bottles and they have held up to a 5 star standard thus far.

I got this for my mom for Mother's Day and she really enjoys it! She is constantly trying to make different flavored, low-calorie items to aid in weight loss, so a water infuser was the perfect gift. It's really easy to use and holds just the right amount. The downside is that the product did break not too long ago (the infuser portion refuses to connect to the upper lid). It still works and she has been using it, but was sort of a bummer.HOWEVER! The good news there? I mentioned this in my report to One Savvy Life and though this was outside of the return window, they are helping me out and sending over a new one! Gotta love customer service like that! And I wasn't expecting them to do anything since they were perfectly within their right to not!

I got this water bottle because I've always loved the idea of infuser cups and wanted to use less plastic water bottles. I find myself refilling this bottle all the time. I understand the fruit and infuser take up room, but I dumped a leftover 16oz water bottle in there when I was at work and it filled almost all the way to the top when the infuser was not inside. So it's a good cup, it works. But it was not what I was looking for size-wise.EDIT: Adding a star because the company is extremely accommodating, and aside from the size, I am pleased with the bottle.

I am VERY happy with my purchase. I am averaging 3 more glasses of water a day thanks to my Savvy Infuser :)My favorite combo is peaches and oranges - like drinking a fuzzy navel! Although peaches and blueberries with a hint of mint is a close second.I had a problem at first because I only need about 1/8 of the peach to fit in the infuser capsule, and then what do I do with the rest of the peach? I don't necessarily want to eat it (I "pack" my bottle at night before bed and let it "steep" overnight for lots of flavor!)...but I don't want to waste it, either. I tried chopping it up, putting it in a bag, and tossing it in the freezer. But the next day, all I had was a giant lump of peach pieces, none of which wanted to detach to go in the bottle. So...I got a small ice cube tray and put the peach chunks in the tray, 1-2 chunks per "cube" and put THAT in the freezer. Voila! Perfect frozen peach cubes that can THEN go in a bag and stay separated. The oranges (or clementines) I section, then use a knife to split the outside of the section. These go in a bag in the fridge. When I'm "packing" my infuser, I take 2-3 sections of orange, and using the split, I turn the section of orange inside out, so all the juicy pips are on the outside and in contact with the water. Yum!This was one of my Prime Day purchases and I've used it every day since. It's come with me to a conference, traveled in my computer bag, been tipped over, dropped, etc. and it has never leaked or spilled (as long as the top is on!).The ONLY complaint, if I have one, is that you DO have to be a little careful how you drink from it. There are a series of holes in a circle around the top of the infuser pod about 1/4 inch in length and about 1/16 inch in height, with a thin plastic section between each hole. What I've found is that if I have one of the holes directly in front of my mouth, I get spillage out of the sides of my mouth (not graceful in public). I'm used to bottles I have to tip up sharply and/or squeeze to drink from them and this one doesn't require it, so part of the secret is to sip and tilt slowly, like you'd drink out of a regular glass (it just requires a little muscle memory training), and if I put one of the small plastic sections in front of my mouth and lift the bottle slowly, it pours well and doesn't make me dribble :)I also have to give a shout-out to the fabulous customer service folks - they checked in on me after I bought it, and have corresponded with me a couple other times (real people, not customer service 'bots). They also surprised me by sending me a second bottle as a thank-you for buying the first one (thanks, Karen!). Great product, great people to buy from. Your body will thank you!
